SCAM COMPANY. Order was missing plant that id paid for. Contact email doesn't exist. AVOID!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Fraudulent company. Ordered and only received 1 item from and order of 5 - no telephone number provided. Company email address on website is also fake ( email does not work (I get Delivery Notification Failure)). Company does not exist.

Shame on them. Disgraceful

This is a SCAM, do NOT buy here. The company email and the phone are fake, perhaps they existed some time ago but they don’t now (they still take your money)

Very disappointed that I bought my plant almost two weeks ago and I still have not received it. With no progress on the tracking. Apparently it is still being processed.

I can only think that the company is heading into administration. I ordered from them 2025 with no issues. I placed an order on 2 Mar 26 which has still not turned up. They advertised a 2-3 delivery and despite chasing multiple times still no plant or refund. The first time I chased I received a vague reply to which I responded back on but since then no communication on my further 4 chasers even when demanding a refund. I chased again today and now received a bounce back on their advertised email address.
Appalling service, company shouldn’t be allowed to carry on advertising if they can’t fulfil existing orders. Do not use them

Absolute waste of time don’t respond or contact you regarding delivery. Not sure how to even attempt to get a refund now when they don’t even reply.

I ordered a plant 15 days ago, have had no reply to my messages and no update on my order.
There’s no number to call so customer service is non existent….
Highly recommend not to use
