Excellent product and even better service recovery!

They made a minor hiccup stating that they couldn't deliver my order that fell on a Sunday but they failed to inform me.

It was for my wife's first birthday overseas and I was initially upset.
However, I can't blame them since Sunday deliveries are unusual and I didn't check the calendar when I made the order

They offered to upgrade my order and ship on the next possible day which was above and beyond of a service recovery.

Give them a chance. I wish I could post a picture of what they sent my wife. She absolutely adores it.

I have emailed many times concerning my package not being delivered to me. No one is replying. So I definitely would not recommend.

My friends mom passed away this week, and I ordered her one single red rose to let her know I’m thinking about it, I was able to add a card to my order,
Was a surprise to my friend she didn’t no I’d placed the ordered, it brought a tear to her eyes, she said the single red rose was stunning, she was having a low day and it picked her mood up,

Not sure what I was expecting when I received my roses but it certainly wasn't what I got. They are absolutely stunning, so petite and delicate, soft but crisp. Would 100% purchase from this shop again and customer service is so lovely and helpful. Rang up with a query regarding white roses and they updated their website instantly to accommodate me. Emailed them 1 week after purchasing as I'd had no update and they upgraded me to free ndd because they had a delay in white rose delivery. Could not fault this company at all. The lovely little stationary I received with it was so gorgeous. A lovely added bonus.

I recently purchased a small box of the heart box small roses, 3 roses for £50, which may seem expensive. However, £50 for 3 roses that can last upto a year and possibly more, money well spent. The product was well packaged defending it from any damage. The shipping was quick. The product looks beautiful and smells amazing. The box that comes in 3 different designs, I opted for the silver and marble design which looks lavish. I spoke to the customer service department who where absolutely impeccable in providing the best knowledge and care possible.

I ordered the heart shaped, gold roses. The roses delivered were of excellent quality, really well packaged and look amazing. The roses were delivered very quickly. I’ve had the roses for a few weeks now and they still smell wonderful! I did have a few problems with my order but the staff were very professional and able to resolve the issue effectively. I would strongly recommend purchasing from them.
