We had the best experience ever, very smooth with LuxeSkies.
All the team members we had the pleasure working with, are over the top. All are very professional, know their job, and do their jobs well. The team is a group of courteous, customer service oriented concierges. LuxeSkies team are all on top of every matter, and informed us of every ongoing matter.
Flight schedules, changes, food and food changes, gates, and gate changes. The team works together and kept us in the know, always up to date at all times.

I had the worst experience booking my flight with Luxeskiea. They are a cheat and I do not recommend anyone to use this travel company. They will book you the cheapest ticket and not even disclose to you that no luggage is allowed on a 26 hour international flight, until you are ready to check in to the flight. Beware of fraud!!! I am very frustrated as many things were not share why me upfront. When I questioned them they had the stupidest reasoning to give 😡😡😡

Dear Alka, we are sorry to hear that you feel this way. However, we would like to clarify a few important facts:
1. You selected and booked an Economy fare, and before ticket issuance you were advised of the fare restrictions, including that advance seat selection were not included.
2. You were informed that advance seat selection was available for an additional fee. At that time, you chose to wait until check-in opened in the hope of obtaining your preferred seats without paying the airline's seat selection charges.
3. The statement that no luggage was allowed on your flight is not accurate. While the Economy fare you selected did not originally include a checked bag, we purchased a checked bag for you using our own company funds as a gesture of goodwill. Furthermore, the baggage allowance was clearly stated in the ticket receipt and itinerary provided at the time of booking.
We understand that travel restrictions and airline fare rules can sometimes be frustrating. However, we respectfully reject the allegation of fraud, as the fare conditions were communicated prior to purchase.
