They don’t issue refunds- ignore emails

Return an item they received it on the 4th March still chasing my refund unbelievable service they ignore emails

Update 23.3.23

Received my refund after posting my review and then they had the audacity to tell me to take down my review!!!! Will never do that and will never use you again

Same as everyone else…sent 2 returns

Same as everyone else…sent 2 returns, confirmed received by Royal Mail 2 weeks ago yet no refund and no reply to my emails.

Edit 23/03 I’ve already emailed with my order numbers. 158539 158540

Edit 31/03 yes, I received a refund.. after chasing several times

Edit 10/05 despite replying on this and confirming my order was genuine because the eventually refunded me; they have now flagged this to trustpilot for ‘not being genuine’. Endless disgusting behaviour

I can see your refund was issued on 23rd March so this should all be sorted now. Just to confirm your returns were received on the 10th March, so your refund was processed within 10 working days as notified via email to yourself. This is within the 5-10 working days refunds usually take to process as stated in our returns policy. I can confirm you were also notified of this via email when you requested an updated status on your return.

We ask customers to get in touch with us if your refund is not processed after 10 working days of us receiving it back to our HQ.

I was really impressed by their…

I was really impressed by their customer service . I had a post misplaced parcel , which was the Royal Mail fault and they sent me out a new parcel that day and was there the next day .. no fuss .. just said we will send you another out sorry for your inconvenience..

Please avoid this company

Please avoid this company.
Sent a return back which arrived back at the warehouse 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received a email saying they’ve received my return, even though it’s displayed in the Royal Mail app.
I’ve emailed customer services a few times, which the latest reply being on Thursday 16th telling to wait until Monday??

I wish a read the reviews as everyone seem to have the same issue. Over two weeks is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a refund, especially when they’re more than happy to take your money in two seconds.

Further more, please note if you are returning a parcel they charge you £3 which is knocked off the return… when you eventually get it.

UPDATE 22.3.23.

Company gave me refund and took £3 off as the delivery fee which is think is a cheek considering how poor their customer services was. I was emailed asking to delete my review which I can see is a frequent request from reading other reviews! Maybe this has something to do with only 6% has 1 star reviews!!

EDIT! -
This company have flagged my review as not a genuine experience , where I had to provide a screenshot of my order to trust pilot, other wise the review gets removed! Don’t ask for feedback and reviews if you can’t take the negativity that comes with it!

Please avoid this company.

Whilst we take responsibility for the one day late refund we have also cancelled the £3 deduction for using the return label for you.

Great customer service

I ordered the wrong size and they were so quick to change my order and responde to me!! Really really happy as I needed my top for a birthday.

Not a good experience at all.

Not a good experience at all.
Ordered an item didn't fit .
Used exchange service.
I got in contact a week later as still still no item sent.
Was then told item was out of stock . 😡 exchange service should be more prompt so avoid this .

5* to customer team for reaching out to me .
Offered me a discount for next purchase . 👍

Amazing brand

You really get what you pay for from luxe to kill, the quality is always amazing and the clothing looks exactly like the photos. I am a size 6 and everything I have ever bought fits perfectly!

Great customer service! Luxe we’re very attentive, helpful and understanding when one of my items didn’t come with the order and sent a replacement! Their replies are fast and informative. Can’t wait to shop with the brand again!
