Chronolla/Justmella/novolla ALL SAME PEOPLE UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES ! SCAMMERS TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER DELIEVERED WHAT I PAID FOR

Does seem to be a scam. Ordered a discount mirror for £36. Waited 3 weeks. Emailed and got a response from Joe stating they're processing it still. It been another 4 weeks. No reply to last email.

Advertised on Facebook with videos etc. SCAM

SCAM!! They now go by the name of Chronolla!! Ordered a treadmill on the 24th and haven’t heard anything, when emailing to ask what is going on? And to request my order be cancelled as they are a scam. I just got a message from ‘Gill’ stating they aren’t a scam. Refused to cancel my order and can’t tell me when it will be delivered. Said I gave them my order number to chase but never gave them the order number!! Total scammers!!!

SCAM SITE.. NO PRODUCT RECEIVED ONE MONTH AFTER ORDER. UNABLE TO CONTACT.

Purchased 2 mirrors on 10th Dec - they have not arrived. No response to emails. Having to claim back through bank.

Bought a Sofa bed beginning of December 2023, not received it. My first email i got a reply which was from a completely different Company/Address info/at/novolla/uk Since then I haven’t heard anything.
Hopefully the bank can reverse the charge and get my money back.

Placed order for mirror on 04/12/2023 and still no sign of the order placed !!!!!!!!! Emailed them so many times but no response !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam company who used to be under the name Benerla!
Report them to police cyber crime if you’ve been made victim of their crime.

An absolute scam. I wish I had did my due diligence before purchasing the large mirror.

Also scammed, have reported to bank to reverse the payment (hopefully!)

Annoyed at myself, if it seems to good to be true, it probably is!

Scam!!! I ordered 2 large mirrors and have not received my items. No replies to the email I sent. My Facebook and email got hacked. Will be reporting to the bank and Facebook

Luckily enough I paid on credit card and hope for a full refund
Company is a scam does not answer emails etc
I would advice everyone to report to trading standards and Facebook from where I followed the link

Brought a mirror on 8th. Paid for priority shipping. Chased when order would be shipped. Got told it would be shipped when ready. Chased again and heard nothing. Currently 20th dec and have requested a full refund

Scam, bought a mirror I’ve not received and not heard back from them either DO NOT USE! I think Facebook should be held accountable for what they advertise !!
