What made my experience great was the way I was treated.My original order was found to be unsuitable, but I was offered an alternative, which solved the problem, and I am well satisfied.Response to my communications was always prompt and courteous,so I am very happy to have dealt with this firm.

Their web site doesn’t mention the goods come from China. When the hearing aid wouldn’t stop screaming
I asked for a refund. They offered a 25% refund and I could keep them (but they don’t work!) or send them back to China AT MY EXPENSE. A Tracking method would cost £38 (the cheapest I could find because the Post Office have stopped the service) so I asked if I could send them to their UK offices which was who I placed the order with (I thought) with no response.

Do not buy from this company you are buying from China !!!! I bought a cholesterol machine and it don’t work, although they sent me details of how to get it to work, it clearly does not work, they will refund me but I have to send it back to china, I just wish I knew I was buying from china in the first place, as I would never of ordered it in the first place 😡

From my experience these people are con artists. Please do not spend your money with them.
I bought a set of hearing aids (£85). When they arrived, neither worked. They just whistled. The next day I contacted LuxEVIL to ask for a refund. Jade (seems nice, but really isn’t) convinced me to accept a replacement. Which I waited 5 weeks for.
Of course, these didn’t work either.
I then asked for a refund and was promptly told that because I was outside the 30 day returns limit I couldn’t have my money back. You couldn’t write it.
So now I’m having to get the money back through other channels.
These people have no heart. The product is clearly substandard but they are still happy to keep selling it. All they want to do is rip you off. Steer well clear.

Old style Customer Service which…
Old style Customer Service which despite being web based felt very personal. Price of the product was great value. Resulting improvement in hearing means the TV volume can be lower to suit partners better hearing. Follow up service was unbeliveable.
