SCAM!!!!
I am writing this review and report, for the fraudulent business operating under the name Luxe Jewelers Co, which actively promotes itself through an Instagram page with the handle @Luxe_vvsjewelers. The individual associated with this company is known as Brandon.
The Instagram page in question appears legitimate at first glance, boasting a large following and multiple celebrity endorsements. The instagram page frequently posts Ad's such as "flash deals" via its story and sponsored Ad's feature. Based on this perceived credibility, I reached out to inquire about a ring they had advertised.
Communication was conducted through Instagram direct messages. Brandon provided details about the ring and instructed me to send payment via Zelle, promising that the ring would be resized and shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
After I sent the money, communication from Brandon became sporadic and evasive. He initially responded with plenty of vague excuses such as the quality of the diamond was poor based upon inspection and I will need to wait for a new one. I advised plenty of times that I no longer am interested and would like my money back! He eventually stopped replying altogether. Despite the Instagram page remaining active, my calls and messages have gone unanswered.
After this experience, I conducted further research and discovered numerous online Google/ Trust Pilot/ BBB reviews and complaints from PLENTY OF others who have experienced the same issue: sending payment and receiving no product or further communication. It has become clear that this is an ongoing pattern of predatory, deceptive conduct.
This business owner is deliberately misleading consumers and profiting through fraudulent means. I urge the Federal Trade Commission and other agencies, to investigate Luxe Jewelers Co and its owner, as their continued operation poses a serious threat to consumers.
The only part you need to read - IT'S A SCAM!
The only part you need to read: IT'S A SCAM!
Their sales process works and they respond within minutes. It's all part of the scam. Once you pay, forget it. Bought a ring, it wasn't what I bought, instead of yellow gold they sent a platted gold that worn out when cleaning, then I returned and asked for a white gold ring instead. They said it would take a couple of weeks to send a new one. It has been over a month. For the last 2 weeks they simply stopped responding my contact attempts, blocked me on Instagram and none of the people reply back to messages, calls or whatever way you try to contact them. Every two weeks they will vaguely say "it's being made, I will get back to you" then they ghost you for another couple of weeks. BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
WORST BUSINESS I EVER HAD.
If I can give 0 stars I would
If I can give 0 stars I would. Absolutely a SCAM. My story is similar to the ones on here. Got my money through Venmo and completely stopped responding for months now. Can’t get a refund and no ring. Absolutely disgusting. Do not fall for it!
Scam Alert – Do NOT Trust Luxe VVS Jewelry (@luxe_vvsjewlers)
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Luxe VVS Jewelry (@luxe_vvsjewlers) and would strongly advise anyone thinking about purchasing from them to be very cautious—or better yet, avoid them entirely.
I placed an order for a 3.5-carat total weight diamond ring for my wedding anniversary, and after communicating with them through Instagram, I was convinced to send $1,000 via CashApp/Venmo/Zelle. Everything seemed fine at first, but after I sent the money, they stopped responding to my messages and never shipped the ring.
I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but they’ve completely ignored me. It’s been weeks now, and I still haven’t received my ring or even an update on my order. I feel completely scammed.
Looking back, I realize I should have done more research before making a purchase. If I had Googled them, I would’ve seen that I’m not the only person who’s been scammed by this account. They seem to target customers through Instagram, get them to send money via untraceable methods like CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle, and then disappear once they’ve got your money.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would strongly warn anyone thinking of purchasing from Luxe VVS Jewelry to be very careful. I regret not doing my due diligence and falling for their scam. I wish I had seen these warnings earlier.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this account!

I ordered a set of rings for 8500.00 in June of 2023 I have yet to receive it, I have filed complaints with BBB and the states attorney general office, they do not respond to phone calls emails as a matter of fact the email address is not even valid or even messages on any of the social media platforms they advertise on, this guy is a criminal and I fully intend to make sure this guy goes out of business and is convicted for felony theft. I’ve hadit. This was supposed to be my 20 year wedding anniversary present and I do not even want it at this point all I want is my money back and I will personally make sure he is convicted and sent to jail where criminals live him be long … this is a scam company
Total scam
Total scam, before the order, they answered all my questions.
Decided to place the order, they confirmed I’ll receive in 2 days which I paid for. A week passed, no ring, and fed ex is showing that the ring hasn’t even been sent out. Left numerous messages with no response. Will be filing a dispute with card. Wish I saw these reviews. This scam of the company has to be reported! I’ll be filing with the police dept as well, as I consider this theft.
Complete Scam, Takes Your Money & Ghosts
There should be an option for 0 stars. It wish I had been smart enough to check reviews before sending my $500 deposit. These people are soulless scammers who run fake flash sales all day to get new suckers to send them deposits for jewelry they will never receive. The Kardashian and celebrity endorsements make them seem legit but they are not. I’m filing a police report and every report I can against this company and the owner. We should come together and sue him as well, he needs to be in jail and the celebrities need to demand their likeness be removed from his scam site because people like me, trust him because of that. Lesson learned but I won’t go down without a fight.
SCAMMERS DO NOT USE!!!
SCAMMERS DO NOT USE!!!! THEY TOOK MONEY AND I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM BRANDON OR HIS TEAM!!! SCAMMERS !!!!!
SCAM
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from this company, they are TERRIBLE.Once you place your order you’ll never hear from them again or see your merchandise, place is a total SCAMMMM.
A complete fraud and scam!
I wish I could give this place negative stars. I purchased a ring for my wife and was provided a 20-40 day timeline for shipping. September 14th came I contacted Brandon and asked him if the ring was going to be shipped out, if so I would like to purchase the band with the ring. He wrote back stating yes it would be sent out and he would send a link to buy the band. I emailed Brandon for about another week asking for the status of the ring with zero response. It wasn't till I called him a fraud and threatened to report him to the FTC and state AG that he replied back to my email. He wrote back that he was not a fraud and that he had refunded my money. I waited a week for the money to be posted to my card. Here I am almost a couple weeks later with still no refund. Do not fall victim to his bogus refund email. I have now filed a claim with my bank and have to wait even longer to get my money back.
