I bought 5 mugs for Xmas costs me about USD148.99 = Rm682.79 and after long delayed and many emails sent, only today I received the items. I was shocked to see all the mugs are made of cheap plastic quality covering exterior, so cheap and light and totally different from the video shown and advertised as below:
"These ain't your average mugs, folks! These beauties are true works of art, lovingly crafted and polished to reveal the innate gorgeousness of the mineral crystal they're made of".
Fyi, each mugs costs about USD 29.99
