I just received my beautiful wig & I couldn’t be happier…🤗
I didn’t know this company was
located in China, until AFTER I placed my order, so I was apprehensive…
I reached out to them about my concerns, & they reassured me.
Sometimes they reply overnight, sometimes days later, but they
apologized, & didn’t charge me extra, for my custom order…( I require a size 23” )
I ordered on the 18’th of December, & received my order on the 29’th…
FREE Shipping…!
The hair is BEAUTIFUL, much more than I expected. ( Wigs are a new experience for me )
I only ever had “Clip-in Extensions”, & Halos…
The Wig looks longer, than the 18” I ordered, which is a plus…
PERFECT Pink 🩷, color, and very soft & silky…!!!
With absolutely No shedding.
Of course, I have to “customize” it,
(✂️ long layers), & style, as you can rarely take a human hair wig, out of packaging, & just wear
it, but, as I’m a Professional Hairdresser, that’s no problem.
I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews, except there’s a company in Australia
with the similar name. Apparently people are getting confused with this Online Wig Company, & a Salon / Beauty Supply Shop.
Please don’t be afraid to order from this company.
I’ve been a pro for MANY decades, & I’m very skeptical…

Very Angry about this company !
They debited money on my account but I had never received my package.
They respond to you at the beginning, but once you tell them that you have not received anything, they don't respond.
This is a shame for a company like yours that provide well being and solidarity.
You deserve O/10.

I’m Oder my wig its been 1 week i don’t here anything back it’s was 400 USD I try to email them and no response or ticket number I’m calling my bank to dispute but they say I have to wait 1 month this not really good company

I've ordored two wigs on the website and when I received them the colors of the wigs didn't match at all the pictures of the wigs advertised on the website. I've tried to reach the customer service multiples times but I have no answer. I don't recommend at all this website!!!

I ordered the hair serum wene it came and I opened it the top was loose it wet aill over in the box it came in they asked me to give a review so I did tell them the reply was send a picture of it I couldn't do that package had been thrown away they did say we will send another they actually took the money for it I will let PayPal sort it for me not happy at all

I am only providing 1 star to get this posted. I ordered wig and was inquiring about exchanging, and I was within the 14 day time frame.

I continuously reached out via chat and email and NO RESPONSE from anyone. The 14 day time frame expired and I still had no response from anyone at this business. I was forced to keep this wig. The only time they reached out to me was when I initially ordered the wig and that was to let me know the wig was enroute to me.
They only post positive reviews I'm guessing to make themselves look good. I doubt if any of those positive reviews are from real customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I can't imagine how many people they have done this to and it's not fair.

They don’t even deserve a star they should be banned from setting up shops.. this is a hoax and they are ripping people off.. someone seriously needs to put them out of business. They take orders and the. You never receive anything.. Luxhairandbeauty NZ don’t trust the funkers

Do not engage with Lux Hair Salon or buy any of their products online. Part of the business has been liquidated and they are not refunding thousands of dollars of products they took orders for and never delivered.

I sent over 10+ emails and then visited the store in Preston as it had been 7 weeks since my cut and purchase of products. They said I needed to 'go home' and wait for an email confirming my order. When I pointed out that I could have purchased conditioner online from the hair companies and got it within two days they were super huffy/ rude.

I spent the following weeks texting and calling - no one would reply or pick up. Last week I got an email from a lawyer saying the company had folded and not no claims or money return will be given to me.

The message was sent 11 times over 40 hours. Every few hours it was sent as if it was a BOT.

The whole situation is disgraceful.

Being "TOLD" buy products and sold it as I'd get it in a few days to help my hair was something I jumped on and did. Now months later I am screwed out of money.

They new the business in Pentridge and the other store near the coast had closed yet they still kept taking money and orders.

I have reported this to all friends and family within the Coburg community.

Stay away from this business. Good luck...said absolutely no one 🙄🤥😔

I wish I could them a zero.Don't buy any products from this online shop.They're scammer.Tried to email them few times but they seldom replied.I made a complain to paypal and even them had difficulty to contact this shop.

Do not trust Lux Hair to purchase any products! They are taking customers money for products and not sending them. I purchased products on 11/06/2024 and still have not received them. I have sent numerous follow ups and told they are on the way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Lux hair are dodgy I ordered hair products spend 151 dollars on the 18 June and have not received anything yet I contacted them several times and no answer except from a chat bot that is useless
I disputed the transaction as I pay with Afterpay and they don’t even respond to it .
This company whatever it is is absolute rubbish and disgusting to deal with .
I bought the same items from ADORE BEAUTY that deliver without any issues in 3 days

I made an online order and never received it. It’s a scam do not shop at this online store you will not get your products or your money back. When you call the number online it diverts to the salon and the lady who answers the phone is rude and unhelpful. They put it through with aus post and it just says “processing” and never dispatches. Highly recommend purchasing your products from an actual company that doesn’t steal your mone

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!!! Do not order anything from these people unless you want to me scammed and robbed of your money! They will take your money and never send any products or issue refunds this is absolutely disgraceful. Impossible to work with ignore all query’s and lie. This needs to be shut down

Order did not ship for one month. Customer service is useless just generic emails and they don’t answer the phone. They shipped one product after I opened a dispute with PayPal and never the other product. I ended up winning the case and got a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I had much of the same experience with this company as other people have reviewed below. Spent $81 on hair products and never received tracking information. My consistent emails were met with poor customer service and no resolution.
So grateful I used PayPal, they are now fighting the case on my behalf.
Please do not buy from this company! Joke of a service.

The worst online shop I have ever ordered from. I’ve been waiting over a month for nearly $400 worth of products. Customer service is also a joke save yourself the stress and do not order from them.

Has been 4 weeks… no item!!
tracking information was sent after 2weeks but it says it is still sitting at their warehouse. Takes them 5 to 7 days to respond to my email but even then it is very minimal communication and never any clear directive.
Have requested a refund from PayPal.

Extremely disappointing experience. They won’t ship for weeks and weeks and then requested for order cancellation suddenly shipment is sent in-spite of multiple cancellation requests.
Stay away from them.

Like all the other reviews below, I only wish I had read them before I placed my order. Ordered over 4 weeks ago, followed up with them numerous times to ask when the order would arrive - they keep saying, they will send on my request ! To who I ask ! I bought off them and they position themselves as a small business. After I logged my dispute with PayPal, they seem to have only now sent something to the post office - I wait in wonder to find out if the products themselves are as fake as the website. Lesson learnt -
I see they are now commenting on some people’s feedback below - save yourselves some time, there’s enough of us here bitten by your scheme
