What used to be a reliable hosting provider now feels increasingly unstable and poorly managed. Support responses are less competent.
It gives the impression that cost-cutting and consolidation have taken priority over service quality. Things simply don’t work as smoothly as they used to.
At this point, I would strongly recommend evaluating alternatives. If things continue in this direction, it’s hard to see how the platform will maintain trust.

LuxHosting used to be a solid local provider, but since the acquisition by WHG, everything has gone downhill.
Support quality has dropped massively, response times are frustrating, and the overall service feels careless and chaotic.
If you’re still with them: run while you can.

This year, it's impossible to get any contact from the support team who do not respond to any messages. I own trademarks registered at the European level, and this disastrous attitude is causing me significant harm as it prevents me from accessing my data. A pure and simple scam!
