I did get my money back although had to pay to return .albeit

Problem was the web site that as some one else pointed out was set up to make you order more than you wanted and made it impossible to cancel .This meant money was taken from my bank account They also said that I would have to wait until the goods were received and would then have to return them in order to get the money refunded. This sounded very suspicious but I waited and it did actually work !
So it costed me about £5 and a couple of weeks of uncertainty .So for me not a scam but very poor service .

AVOID THEM AT ANY COST!

I am utterly upset that I fell for this scam.

First! When visiting the page their information can easily confuse and misled you. You think you are answering "no" to extra prodicts because the options are marked with red background on the text. And suddenly it appears you have order 2 extra heaters.

They inform you that a "Tracking number" will appear within 12 hrs after order is placed. After several complaining mails that you as a customer have not received a tracking number they apologise and apoligise and need utterly information from you.
For my case either my address was not right and suddenly they need a taxnumber to ship my order.

This is classical stalling tactic and scammer policy.

What irritates me the most is that I as a fully grown person, with my head well placed on my shoulders fell for this. Now they are refusing to refund me, and need utterly information. I want give them more.

€ 156 was deducted from my account.

Avoid them at any cost.

It is amazing that Youtube can allow scammers using their site for this purpose.

What a brilliant product!! (for scamming money from people)

How do supposedly intelligent people fall for this? I'll tell you. Occasionally, even intelligent people with science degrees (like me) have a brainfart and ignore half a dozen basic laws of physics. More fool me for acting on impulse and not doing my research properly. Read all the other reviews (and all the reviews for Lumiheat - it's the same company) before you click the buy button.
It may be a coincidence, but when I tried to pay by credit card, which would have given me a pretty much cast iron set of consumer rights, I wasn't able to. After all, that's the last thing this company wants - customers who can get their money back.
I'm also perplexed by the average Truspilot rating. How does a company with 100% 1* reviews get an average rating of 2.3?

I have a degree in Physics - This is pure rubbish

Regards the Youtube advert claims for the space heater...

"heat with 90% less energy"

I have a degree in Physics, this is absolute total rubbish, as others have pointed out any thermal resistance heater converts electrical energy into thermal and it does this very efficiently - very little room for improvement there. The only significant improvement possible would be to drag in energy from elsewhere, for instance a heat pump could take energy from outside the house to heat the interior but this does not look like a heat pump and there would have to be a hole in the wall. I believe that there is sufficient grounds here to take this company to court for making false claims.

Don't be suckered - if it was this easy we would have done it years ago, if the product actually lived up to its claims all governments would be chasing this technology like it was gold-dust, it would solve all our problems.

I note that the company website makes much more modest claims for the heater, suspect that they feel "safe" making fraudulent claims on Youtube but don't dare stick these same claims on the website.

total scam Luxiheat Lumiheat estafa timo

total scam, how is this false advertising allowed, an 800 watt resistive element will put about 800 watts of heat out. Any 800 watt heater will do the same results,. No money/energy saving, an 800 watt heater running for 10 hours will put out the same heat as an 8kw heater running for an hour, total power consumption is the same. It is outrageous. Try heating anything much bigger than a bathroom with 800 watts and you will be pi$$ing in the wind. Physics, hard facts, not opinion.....

Youtube scam

Advertisement on YouTube makes claims that you can heat with 90% less energy and save thousands.

It is an electric heater. That is all. Not a heat pump, not magic. You put in 1kW, you get out 1kW.

The YouTube ads are a scam. Nobody with any basic knowledge of physics will fall for this nonsense.

SCAM

Just another Scam. They simply renamed their former Lumiheat to Luxiheat. Everything that is claimed in the advertisements is fictious and a lie. The device (if you even get one at all) itself is cheapest junk from China. Never buy anything from this company.

Found that a fraudulent order had been…

Found that a fraudulent order had been placed. Contacted the company within 14 minutes of the order being placed, to cancel and ascertain what had happened to as well as request certain details. They failed to respond to the request. The order is still active and l am out of pocket.
Even the Police are unable to contact this company and it is very like a similarly named company on Trustpilot Lumiheat.com who have terrible reviews and appear to be a scam company
