A very good option for large backdrops
This company has one of the best prices out there for backdrops. I needed a large plain white backdrop and they had just that. I've also added a tripod to hold it in place to make my life easier. The missing star is for a small crack that the backdrop came with. It is minor though on a side and won't disturb my work.

Explained the problem with the light fitting, asked for cost and length of time to repair the lamp.
Clear solution offered with cost of repair and had a call a day later to say ready for collection.

We have tried to make contact with reviewer to explain situation but they have failed to get back to TrustPilot, who won't do anything. We have had a massive spike of these incorrectly placed reviews recently, most of them we have had retracted from the reviewers once we explained situation. We really wish that LUXELIGHTUK would sort their delivery and customer service out as they are becoming a headache for us and obviously their own customers.

Great product and service
I am very pleased with my T-stand and white PVC backdrop. The item is true to it's description in that it is easy to assemble, easy to transport and produces a good background when photographing products for online sites. Happy with the price too.

Excellent customer services from Luxlight. I had a soft box with a problem and although I was outside the warranty time, they accepted my explanation that the soft box had only been used infrequently and sent me a replacement.

Would have been 5 stars if the packaging had been better
Everything was fine apart from the flimsy packaging that was badly damaged. Fortunately my product was made of metal so was not damaged. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.
