Title: Horrible customer service and unfulfilled order—Avoid!
I placed two orders with Luxodor back in August, including a Tester Box (10x10ML). While the first order arrived on time, the second order has been an absolute nightmare. It has been weeks, and the item has neither shipped nor been delivered.
When I reached out to customer service to figure out what was going on, the support team was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and completely unreasonable. They randomly claimed they don't ship directly to India and told me to arrange my own courier for pickup—even though I live in the United States and paid $30 for international shipping! They failed to give me any clear updates via email, caused me to completely miss the event I bought these fragrances for, and then blamed me with incorrect location information. Zero accountability and terrible communication. Buy at your own risk.
