Paul created a completely bespoke experience for my vacation. He has relationships with many Tours guides, historians, private cooks and restaurants as well as drivers and hotels that will curate an experience that is truly once in a lifetime. Paul also consistently checked in on us on a daily basis to make sure that our experience was going well. He made sure that the airport experience went well for us by arranging an assistant to meet in the airport to get us through security faster he made sure everybody was on time from our Driver to our tour guide guides in historians every single day because of the experience in relationships Paul has we had the vacation of a lifetime that I will remember forever.

Our recent Italian adventure, curated by Paul Lewis and Luxo Italia, was an impeccable example of what true luxury travel should feel like — seamless, personalized, and effortlessly elegant.

From the moment we stepped off the plane in Rome, every detail had been anticipated. A private escort guided us smoothly through the airport, our luggage appeared without delay, and a waiting car swept us into the start of a perfectly choreographed itinerary.

Over the course of our journey — Amalfi, Capri, Florence, Tuscany, and Rome — each element reflected thoughtful planning and a deep understanding of refined travel. Paul’s communication and responsiveness were exceptional, ensuring that every experience matched our preferences.

The accommodations were outstanding. Borgo Santandrea in Amalfi dazzled with its cliffside views and serene private beach. Hotel La Palma in Capri combined chic design with impeccable service in the heart of town. And Borgo Santo Pietro in Tuscany was a true sanctuary — exquisite gardens, a world-class spa, and exceptional dining created an atmosphere of effortless indulgence.

Where to start? Paul prepared the trip of a lifetime for us. Every single activity was planned out for us - with no need to "think" throughout the trip. Every transportation, tour guide, event, dinner, plan, was meticulously arranged for us.

Each day, I was in close contact with Paul, to ensure every detail was planned out. He gave me confidence that someone was keeping an eye on our journey.

We will definitely be using Paul again in the near future!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Paul listened to what the vision of our trip was and made it come to life. When we stepped off the plane in Naples we were met on the tarmac by a luggage handler and a woman who seamlessly brought us through customs, helped us retrieve our luggage, and connect with our driver to the hotel. Our hotel experiences were amazing and we even received a room upgrade in Florence. Our drivers, tour guides, and personal chef experiences were top notch. We had a spectacular boat experience, just the two of us, for 7 hours along the Amolfi Coast, my personal highlight. When our train arrived in Florence, again we were met on the train and luggage was handled and a woman guided us through the very busy station to meet our driver. Paul was always very responsive to any questions we had during the trip. When leaving Rome, at the airport, we were again greeted by a team for luggage and guide us through customs; she brought us to the lounge to wait for our departure time, then met us to bring us to the gate and did not leave until we could not see each other. Paul did everything he said he would do; was always on time for Zoom calls before our trip, and patiently answered our questions, many asked over and over; i.e. size of beds, air conditioning, tipping, etc.! We can VERY highly recommend Paul at Luxo Italia!!

We had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Luxo Italio to anyone that wants to have a 5 star, well organized, attention to detail and customer service trip planned for them. The excellent service began when we stepped off the plane, continued with hotel accommodations, every transfer and excursion and all the way to the gate at our departure.
There wasn't a day Paul did not check in with us and make sure our experience wasn't everything we expected. We added an excursion mid-trip and Paul jumped on it and in Luxo Italia fashion, arranged a 5 star memory.
The limo drivers and all staff attending to our needs were friendly and professional.
I have to give a shout-out to Mateo our Li.o drivier on a few occasions. He was awesome. He became like family and always but an extra big smile on our face. He was full of knowledge of history and historical sites and this made the transfers more exciting and pass by quickly.

Had an amazing family summer vacation organized by Andrea of Luxo Italia! I have visited Italy many times before and know I could have organized the trip myself - but wanted all of the hours of research and outreach and stress to make it all perfect to go away since I was very busy at work. Andrea TOTALLY delivered. We got a preliminary itinerary and hotel proposals, I made a few tweaks, and then didn’t worry about any other planning. And every detail was perfect when we got there - all the logistics worked smoothly, the local guides they booked were amazing, and we all were free to enjoy each others’ company and the experience. My mom had a similar good experience with them when she used them too, so it wasn’t a fluke, Luxo Italia is the best.

The trip to Italy that Andrea at Luxo Italia put together for us was truly one of a kind, and probably the best vacation I have ever taken. The hotels, the guides, the drivers everything was top notch, and the experiences they included exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a luxury dream vacation in Italy, then I highly recommend Luxo Italia!

Paul prepare an excellent trip to us. he was in every detail. Very good hotels, the best guides one can have, the drivers were very nice people and of course the meals, he chose very good restaurants for us.

Our goal was to drive to Italy with our own car and learn more in different historical cities with specialized tour guides. In the evening we would want to eat well and/or relax in good hotels. The travel plan that we received in advance was very detailed and impressive. Also during the trip we received updates if necessary. Paul kept in touch with us during the whole trip and if there were any problems they were solved immediately. When we go to Italy again we will do this again via Luxo Italia.

We were hopeful Luxo Italia could perform a very last minute itinerary. We knew we were asking for a minor miracle due to the time constraint of scheduling. Andrea promptly connected w/ us & reviewed our concerns/needs/wishes. We were thrilled how quickly he provided preliminary details. We discussed & tweaked a bit here & there. Then presto this trip was a complete & beautiful experience. Andrea heard & heeded our specific desires. Putting in place a fabulous last minute vacation. Every greeter, tour guide, water taxi, driver, companion was "perfetto". Some happened to be historians &/or archeologists w/ a wealth of knowledge. Andrea & Team personified a true Luxo Italia experience w/ every person, hotel & activity. We can't wait to schedule another Luxo Italia adventure very soon. Hope to see you there. Grazie Andrea.

My wife and I worked with Paul Lewis of Luxo Italia for the 10-day trip we took to Italy in August-September of 2024. We could not recommend Luxo Italia enough! From our initial call with Paul to landing back home in the U.S., our experience was spectacular. Paul found us some of the nicest hotels in the cities we wanted to visit, took care of all our transportation needs during our time in Italy (HUGE benefit), booked excellent experiences that were private and avoided the crowds, and made amazing restaurant recommendations. During our time in the country, Paul was in touch with us every day and was incredibly responsive whenever we reached out. The vendors Luxo Italia works with are the best of the best, so you can rest assured your investment with this company is worth every penny. We look forward to our next trip to Italy where we will absolutely book through Paul and Luxo Italia again!

We've used Luxo Italia before and they never disappoint. They recently planned and managed a trip to Milano and Lake Garda for my family. Everything went great, and when there were some glitches, Andrea was only a phone call away to address it for me. Being always available and reachable is very comforting!

It was a wonderfully streamlined service that covered everything we could have hoped for. The best service ever. We are so impressed! We even made requests and changes whenever we felt like up to the end and always there was a polite and efficient response. Truly made us feel special!

Walking the streets of Florence with a knowledgeable guide, traveling through the beautiful hills of Tuscany, tasting the wine of the region, were all made possible by the team of Luxo Italia. Paul did a fabulous job planning our experience in Italy. The hotels we stayed at were absolutely fabulous (Castellina Di Casole in Tuscany, St. Regis in Venice, Mandarin Oriental on Lake Como). The various tours and dinners that Paul set up were wonderful (Wine tastings, cooking class, Murano & Burano, etc). The ground transportation and handlers did an excellent job. We highly recommend using the services of Paul Lewis and his team at Luxo Italia.

Fantastic adventure…
We arrived home yesterday afternoon. Just wanted to let you know we very much enjoyed our time in Italy and to acknowledge your efforts at building our itinerary, our interaction with the folks that shuttled us from locations and the guides we interacted with, all were passionate at what they were doing all were just very nice. Well done!!

Paul Lewis and his company created a Dream Vacation for my wife and I. We are celebrating our 40th anniversary and wanted something special. We got that and way more. We could not have imagined the adventure Paul had planned. From the moment of our VIP Meet and Greet in the Rome airport we were treated like royalty. Our drivers were all extremely courteous and professional; always on time and communicated effectively. The hotel accommodations were all over-the-top; extremely 5-star. Paul kept us posted and updated each and every day. When I realized I had missed getting a hotel in Naples the night before an early departure, Paul again showed why he is the best. On short notice he obtained a reservation at an upscale hotel not far from the airport; and he worked it into our trip budget at No Additional Cost!!!
The private boat cruise along the Amalfi Coast and the private Cooking Class in Positano are just two examples of a trip my wife and I will never forget.
Paul and Luxoitalia are Magnifico! I give them my highest, unqualified rating and recommendation!
