The company responded quickly to my message requesting that I exchange my readers (I had ordered the wrong strength), and made doing so smooth and easy.

In this era in which retailers seek reviews for any and EVERY single online purchase ("how was that kitchen roll you purchased!?"), it's my pleasure to post a very positive review that is richly deserved.

Broke after 2 days of normal usage. Hinge broke during my Monday morning coffee. The glasses went straight in my cup. Worthless. Don't buy. I asked the luxreaders chatbot Charlotte to help me write reviews of the poor quality - on all their social platforms, but Charlotte left the chat without an answer. So disrespectful.

My reading glasses have arrived today, from this company based over seas. Never knew this.
The wrong size has been sent, as I ordered +3 and they’ve sent +1. I took screen shots of my order, when I ordered.
Don’t buy from this company. Waste of money and the glasses are going in the bin!

The glasses were not delivered and there is no way to contact customer service support

First time I emailed them was two months ago, and despite multiple follow up emails they never answered.. you just get an ai generated generic response back about them working on your case. I would NOT recommend

I orders 6 weeks ago 3 glasses (16336-nl) but don’t get anything till now. Also no reaction from the dutch site.
My tip: Do not order anything from luxreaders : NO DELIVERY, AND NO REACTIONS

Useless Chatbot service & customer service do not respond despite numerous emails. Heard nothing about my order placed 10 days ago. Use PostNord and Royal Mail 🙄 to deliver & track your order is a complete waste of time. Anyone have contact details for their CEO?

1. Great customer service - very fast, very helpful, very articulate, & very kind. Ida was excellent in the exchange case I had. So an extra big thanks to Ida for the 'fremragende kundeservice' provided.
2. Glasses are of good, solid quality & the stated strength of the lenses is also very accurate.
3. Glasses are reasonably priced - especially if buying one of the "2 for 3" deals.
3. Website is very easy to navigate & includes a rather accurate AI 'try on' of the different frames/glasses.
4. Easy ordering & fast delivery - and a smooth & fast exchange process too.
5. And it deserves to be repeated, as per pt.1: Great customer service from Ida.

Chose quickly, ordered quickly, arrived quickly. I look incredible, and am now beating off both men and women, who are inevitably throwing themselves at me now for looking so appetising.

For a long time I was thinking of getting a pair of blue light blocking glasses. My friend recommended me Luxreaders and I’m really happy I took his advice for ordering from you, guys. Glasses are so light you almost cannot feel them while working for an extended periods of time staring at screens. Also delivery is incredibly fast. It took only 2 days until I got them 🤗

Scam company from day 1.
Ordered 3 pairs of glasses October 1, 2021, received order confirmation the same day, the company took my money, BUT I have not received any glasses. !! They do not respond to emails, and are not to be contacted. Can definitely only recommend not buying from this company, am convinced my money has been thrown right out the window !!

De svarer ikke på mails, og er ikke til at komme i kontakt med. Kan bestemt kun anbetale IKKE at handle med dette firma, Tænker mine penge er smidt direkte ud af vinduet!!

I am really disappointed, I have been trying to get in touch via email and messenger for days as I need to send back my order. The address label is not suitable for our post office in the uk. I have had zero response to my (multiple) emails and the only phone number I could find is not recognised. The site asks for customers to get in touch via email but doesn’t respond.
