Please do not use this company. Their products are fake, as incorrectly sized and delivery took nearly a month. This resulted in two disappointed children including a teen with alleged ‘white fox’ tracksuits. And their response was to refuse a refund and indeed a return label.

Absolutly awful clothes they are so poor quality its so bad. the logos are not even straight and the stitching is different on one leg to the other. customer service is non existent. You know how sometimes you get a fake top and its not that bad like the quality is good but you know its fake, yeah these are completely awful. I emailed them wanting to send them back to be told they don't accept returns or provide refunds.

Awful poor quality product. Please do NOT order from this company. I ordered a mink brown tracksuit, the print on reverse was completely flat not raised and the tracksuit was cheap and reassembled a honey’d emoji poo colour. So disappointed and one let down teen for Christmas. 20% discount raised to 30% but no care that it wasn’t what was ordered or advertised 0 stars from me.

Ordered a grey white fox tracksuit, received a horrible yellow one. Definitely fake as the fabric was horrible and the printing wonky. Reached out to them to arrange a return and they offered 20% off the price I’d paid. I advised them that I wanted to return it and get a full refund and they increased their offer to 30%. So I have to pay 70% of the cost of something I didn’t order!!! Wow,
I will definitely be more careful ordering from these types of company again and be sure to check out reviews first

If i could give this company no stars i would. I ordered a grey white fox tracksuit and received an absolute horrible yellowish colour with a massive catch on the breast of it. When notified the company they said that the colours may vary from what you ordered…. Whats the point in selecting a colour. Awful fabric. Awful company and not interested in helping their customers just fob you off with its not in our refund policy. Do not use this company !!!!

The item took 7 weeks to arrive. I bought what was advertised as a White Fox tracksuit. What i got was something completely different. Absolutely nothing like the pictures and item advertised. Horrible synthetic fabric and clearly NOT White Fox brand.

I complained and wanted to return the item - they made me send photos! They then offered me a 20% refund. I refused and said i wanted to return it and they said shipping was too expensive - even though they supposedly have a full return/refund policy which is clearly fake and means nothing. The best i could get was 30% of my money back.
