While we appreciate your eagerness to get your new trainers, your order is currently en route to you within the estimated timeframe of 7-8 working days, as stated during checkout for UK orders for this product.
We’ve also checked our inbox and we can confirm that we have not received one email from you, so for this reason we are very disappointed that you felt the need to leave us a 1 star review, especially as the trainers are still going to be delivered in the estimated timeframe we provided when you ordered.

Came across Luxstreet on insta and loved their selection of shoes. I purchased a pair, first time from them. I ordered on the 15th of March and it came on the 25th.. Their shipping time said 1-2 days and I was disappointed that it took way longer and I didn't receive any updates on what was going on with the order. It would've been nice to be informed on what was going on as I had to reach out to them.. Other than that great pair of shoes and happy with it!
