BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PROP FIRM, READ THEIR VERY STRICT AND UNCLEAR RISK RULES FIRST!
I was trading only with 1,5% risk per trade (3k of 200k) account, which is quite below market standard of 2-3% for any swing strategy, and instead of payouts, they close 2 of my 200k account due to “high risk”. Crazy.
In every challenge, you can trade in reality only with 6% of your account (!) - they call it Available Risk Capital. If you trade more, you breach. So you are not buying 50k, 200k, or 1m accounts, you are buying SUPER-OVERPRICED 3k, 12k, and 60k accounts. So I paid £599 for a mini 12.000 USD account, LOL. That is 15x more expensive than with other prop firms.
And if you do your math, your strategy needs to make 100% of profits only to pass Phase 1 (e.g. 12k Profit Target with 12k Available Capital, if you buy 200k challenge), and another 60% of profits to pass Phase 2. This would take even professional traders1-2 years.
Don’t get lured by their sweet YouTube videos and nice website promising a quick path to 10m accounts. They write their Risk Rules in a very complex way, only to play beginning traders. DO YOUR MATH BEFORE BUYING!

Had a pricing issue and they looked into straight away. Tried to see what i could get out of them but you know a company is worth its weight in gold when they frankly push back on handing out free lunches when its not due, especially when so many prop firms are blowing up/closing down. Sadly can't give a 10/5 only a 5/5.

I like the speed at which my account was set up after I sent the payment. It was in less than 24hours.

I bought the 200k challenge account after reading through the terms and conditions of the agreement. I then realised that the 'risk consistency' they require is very vague. It basically requires you to trade with the same risk percentage all the time in any trading situation. This rule is not explicitly and clearly explained anywhere on the website, as well as on their terms and conditions. I had to email and ask a lot of questions regarding this topic to the support staff. The customer service staff is often, not only clueless about their service, but also very rude and vague in answering questions. If you keep scrolling down the 1 star review on trustpilot, you will see how rude or childish the reply is. If they are not kind enough to answer basic questions about the account, do not even expect the friendliness when your account goes through potentially more complicated issues in the future (payment issue, system breakdown, etc).
Lux says this rule is in place to ensure traders trade professionally, not gamble, with the same size all the time and not increase the size when being emotional. It also means you can't reduce the risk % size in order to build your confidence when you just went through losing streaks. This statement is absurd. For those who have read Market Wizard books, where the author interviewed many successful traders like Paul Tudor Jones and Marty Schwart, they don't use the same size all the time. On regular market conditions they bet small and when special opportunities came, such as in 1987 and 2008, they even doubled their positions. Thats how these people make billions a year or turned humble $10k to millions in a year. Imagine the amount of money George Soros used to bet to make $1billion in a day on 1992. Please be advised that you still need sound money management and trading strategies to survive, but this rule would just make traders fail challenges faster as you aren't even allowed to reduce risk %
Lux Trading Firm prouds themselves by giving out 'live capital', as if it is the only thing that is the most important factor when choosing a prop firm. But it seems like, by leaving the risk consistency rule vague and abstract, they do not even intend to let traders pass their challenges.
Just an advice for aspiring honest traders out there in choosing alternative prop firms. You can simply choose the prop firms that have been in business the longest time, they have great track record the reputation to hold ( I am not allowed to say the name, but I am sure you know them) .I have 3 funded accounts with one of them, so far It has been great process (I am not paid for promotion by any prop firm, I don't need that money). I also have a personal friend who has been receiveing payout fromone of them for almost 2 years without fail. In my opinion, it does not matter too much if a prop firm doesn't use real capital, as long as they hold up to their agreement to pay you when you are profitable. These two have been the longest in this game, they have massive reputation to hold ( just google the oldest forex prop firms, the first two will come up, and they are the best in my opinion). One of them offers live capital too, if it is important to you.
The good thing these 2 companies is that they open up their discord chat for public to discuss and communicate to each other. If these two companies are really bad, the traders communities in their discord will easily banish and criticize the companies, and warn others to stay away from these companies. But, The fact that these companies are confident enough to let people gather to criticize them shows a lot about their quality and integrity.
On the other hand, Lux Trading disables their chat function on discord. So, trust pilot is the only platform for frustrated customers like me to warn others.
please do not be lured into Lux's promise of giving you 'real capital' to trade, which does not matter much in this case. And please do not be lured of their scale in program that lets you trade $10million either.
Be safe everyone! there are so many scam prop firms out there. Trading is already stressful, do not let prop firms be another stress. Just simply choose companies with the longest and stable track record, or join their discord first and see how traders interact in that group. TFT is another firm to avoid. For the first few years traders in the group loved it, but recently they have many issues and traders chat with each other in the group of what kind of issues they are going through to warn others. TFT also seems to be going under soon.
I hope this helps everyone who is looking for prop firm to join. I did not continue trading my Lux challenge account after I realized the 'rule' is designed to be vague and unclear. Instead of regretting the money lost to Lux, I simply moved to other firm and now fully funded.
Take care :)

My MOTIVATION for this REVIEW is to HELP hardworking, innocent, NAIVE Traders to STOP FALLING VICTIM to your GREEDY TACTICS....
Lux Trading SOUNDS FANTABULOUS. BUT....it is a HUGE....SCAM...for the NAIVE... THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU PASS or FAIL. That is NOT... THEIR BUSINESS MODEL. Do you really BELIEVE they are RUNNING THIS BUSINESS to FORCE MARKET MONEY into YOUR POCKETS...? But that's what's going on, and It is what it is...and that's the BOTTOM LINE.
Their service is SELLING a PRODUCT named "GREED" to FEED... the GREED which is in EVERY HUMAN's BODY and SOUL. Lux Trading sell these GREED PRODUCING... PRODUCTS as "ELITE PACKAGES". There is NOTHING "ELITE" ABOUT THEM ...Just mere EMPTY words. They have VERY SPECIFIC RULES around the SOLD PACKAGES which is a TRICK..., to get away with their USELESS PACKAGES to NAIVES, and COLLECT FREE MONEY from hardworking TRADERS and turning around and telling them - READ the RULES as to why our useless ELITE PACKAGE is such a GREAT IDEA...:-)
TRADERS BEWARE...DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE NAME...They are NO DIFFERENT than the CON ARTIST who pay their OFFICE RENT and STAFF SALARY through their useless SOLD PACKAGES to keep them going.
If your inner GREED makes you buy their USELESS PACKAGES, you are ESSENTIALLY PAYING THEIR BILLS... to KEEP them getting bigger and bigger to turn into a PIRANHA to hunt more NAIVES.
PLEASE NOTE: Please READ their SECOND RESPONSE. First, THEY LIED... I DON'T exist on their DATABASE. Now SUDDENLY I APPEARED in their DATABASE, that I took a 7 DAY TRIAL.
Please ask yourself - HOW MANY INNOCENT NAIVE TRADERS HAVE THEY DUPED with their LIES?

Hi J Mendes,
I do not see you in our database, our standard accounts program, or the elite packages program, so it makes no sense to leave a review, especially to make a false accusation that we are a scam!
Most online prop firms are simulated virtual money prop firms that trade against their traders. They benefit from your losses, whereas we offer real money accounts and only benefit from your profits. So, it looks to me that this review is placed with the wrong prop firm, as it is clear you do not know who we are and never were part of our program.
Anybody can see on our YouTube channel an interview with our traders and Tier1 regulated brokers and liquidity providers confirming that we only offer a genuine money A-Book model.
It is clear that you have a lot of frustration and anger inside yourself, but it is not clear why this is against us, as we do not know you, and you were never part of our program!

My RESPONSE to above:
I am so glad YOU ANSWERED YOUR OWN BUSINESS PATHETIC TACTICS in the REPLY.
Have you ever heard a THIEF say, when he is caught, "Yes I am a THIEF"... He will always find ways to get AROUND IT:-) That's why we have COURTS...And you are NO DIFFERENT...
Just because you PAID ££££££ to make FLASHY videos on YouTube platform, to ENTICE and TRAP NAIVES...does that mean...Lux Trading is LEGIT ??? Any FOOL can PAY some ADVERTISING COMPANY £££££ to make FLASHY VIDEOS.
If you are really LEGIT...and SO CONFIDENT of the services you OFFER ...with REAL LIVE....ACCOUNTS....then put your company "BANK STATEMENT", "BALANCE SHEET" and your "CREDIT STATEMENTS" from your "LIQUIDITY PROVIDERS" on your WEBSITE to be TRANSPARENT.
Let us all SEE THE FACTS....Shall we??

It's always quick and good service, even though there can be problems with your charts. In general, you can't add your indicators as Tradingview.
It won't remember your settings unless you save all the time. When using specific indicators, I have had issues with a freezing window, shot-down charts, and slow chart loading times.
BUT they are service minded.

I'm from Brazil and I had a good experience with Lux trading in terms of quick and clear responses in chat communications, and also the ease payment via wise card. Unfortunately, I failed the first time, but I'm going back to try again because I really enjoyed the experience.

This is the worst prop firm i ever used, their agent don’t answer your questions at all, or it takes too long.
I’ll never use this prop firm again.
If you love your money don’t buy an account from this prop

Small issue with the purchase (my fault), but was quickly and efficiently dealt with.
