I have to say, this is the most incredible company in terms of customer service I have ever experienced.
Almost all of my corrispondance has been via WhatsApp.
I have raised many queries, questions and reached out for support countless times. Each and every time I was met with professionalism and the time in which my questions or calls for help were always answered within less than one hour.
This company received my full payment back in March and yet three months later they are just as quick and just as happy to assist when no further money would be obtained. It did not matter, their dedication and professionalism did not falter.
We had a passport issue which consequently meant there was a chance we would not receive our new passport in time for our flight. Robert immediately calmed the situation and put us at ease, offering to 'hold back' our holiday for a few days in order to give us chance to receive our new passport. I am totally overwhelmed by their care and commitment to ensuring their clients not only have an amazing holiday but to also have an amazing service.
We absolutely did, I cannot recommend Luxtripper enough!!!!

Was nervous about booking this holiday as not done a multi centre one like this before. I didn't need to be. Ethan put my mind at rest from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. He was able to get us the best deals on the flights and where we needed to fly from and was able to answer any questions I had.

I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback regarding Ethan, who has recently helped us book our 12-night holiday to Mauritius in September.

From the very beginning, Ethan has gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect holiday. This was not a straightforward booking, as we were looking to combine two different resorts, secure the best possible flights and seating options, and stay within a realistic budget during a time when travel prices are particularly high.

Over several days, Ethan worked tirelessly to explore different options, compare prices, and make sure every detail was right. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient, calm, professional, and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and he consistently took the time to answer our questions and find solutions.

What impressed us most was his genuine commitment to ensuring we will have the best possible experience. As we are celebrating our 10-year anniversary during this trip, Ethan kindly offered to contact both the airline and the resorts on our behalf to let them know about this special occasion. We thought this was a wonderful personal touch and a great example of the level of care he provides to his customers.

Booking this holiday has been quite a journey, but thanks to Ethan’s dedication, expertise, and persistence, he managed to secure exactly what we were looking for at a very competitive price.

We have used luxtripper several times now and just returned from another fantastic holiday - this time to Thailand. Marty sorted the booking and then the changes in flights given the conflict on the Middle East..

We tend to make changes to suggested itineraries and these are always done efficiently and to match our requirements.

If I also add they’re the best priced holidays (and I can say I’ve done a lot of research!) then it adds to an unbeatable holiday.

All hotels selected were excellent and the transfers all at the agreed times.. any trips within the itinerary all go to plan which altogetherctakescthexstress out of the holiday! We’re also given local points of contact for each part of the holiday (via WhatsApp) in case there’s any questions / issues.

In total we have used luxtripper 5 times (Thailand (2), Vietnam & Cambodia, USA and India) and can’t recommend them enough having also shared their number with all family and friends. Our next epic adventure is India 2027 and organised again with luxtripper!

I made numerous requests for different variations to the trip and always has Ethan answered with a quick response and amount. A great experience of customer care and service

I am happy with Rob because he was available and very good at helping to make booking. Our holidays are booked with him and he showed how efficient he’s.

Used luxtripper to book a special borthday holiday.
Rob, my adviser that was dealing with our request, and needs was extremely patient, and helpful, i was not sure on best dates and times as our holiday is over some of the christmas period, he reccomended the best days to flight out, and return giving is the days we really needed to be away, yet missing the most expensive days to fly due to christmas.
We gpt there in the end, and rob was always understanding if we did not wish to fly on early departures ect, he just asked for a few minutes to look at options, and got back fairly quicly with his findings, so thank you rob.

Rob was amazing. He listened to our likes and dislikes and went above and beyond to book a personalised trip that covered everything we wanted to do. Nothing was too much trouble and although it took a couple of weeks to finalise everything, it was well worth the time and effort. Roll on September!!!
