The experience with Zac and Nasir was exceptional. We travelled from Bridgwater (UK), to Łódź (PL) with our 1 year old Cockapoo and we had such a great time. From punctual pick up time to amazing customer service we honestly can't think of anyway this service can be improved. Such polite and genuine human beings focused on giving pets ideal comfort when on the road. I highly recommend this small independent company. Worth every penny!

My husband and I recently relocated to Poland with our 1-year-old, recently rehomed cockapoo.

As re-homed dog parents, everything with her is a first for us, and we were unsure how she would react to certain situations—especially such a long journey. It was something I was honestly dreading. We knew we didn’t want to fly with her, and I was starting to lose hope of finding another way to travel.

Then I came across Luxurious Pet Move Abroad (I didn’t even know services like this existed!) and sent them a message. Zac replied almost instantly, and from that moment on, every question or concern we had was answered fully, kindly, and with real care.

We spoke for a while before booking, and I can honestly say my feelings about the journey changed completely—from dread to calm—right from the moment our first driver, Nasir, picked us up from home.

We then swapped drivers to Zac for the journey from Folkestone to Poland, and again, I immediately felt at ease. We experienced a few delays along the way, but nothing was ever a problem. The calm and reassuring environment Zac created in the car was exactly what we needed.

We were offered plenty of stops, regularly checked on throughout the journey, and Zac even found us a lovely pet-friendly hotel for the night.

Honestly, I couldn’t fault this company. If I could say thank you a million times to Zac, Nasir, and everyone working behind the scenes who made our journey possible, I would.

Luna, our cockapoo, slept for most of the trip—she was so comfortable with her bed and toys, had plenty of toilet breaks, and received lots of attention.

Zac at Luxurious Pet Move Abroad was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful journey completely smooth and enjoyable. He picked me and Dotty up from Calais, got us across to London on the train without any hassle, and even took care of returning my hire car to the correct address—something I really appreciated.

Throughout the trip, Zac was professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. He also shared some fantastic restaurant recommendations along the way, which was such a nice personal touch.

From start to finish, this was such a seamless, accommodating, and comfortable experience! My driver Abdul was so patient and considerate, and was very knowledgeable about the process making it quick and efficient. My dog especially was so happy and comfortable! The drivers clearly have a passion for dogs, and I’m so grateful this option exists to bring my dog from London. The door to door service from anywhere in Europe to the UK is incredibly stress free and relaxing compared to other forms of travel, especially with a dog. We had an amazing journey from Isle of Man to Paris. I travelled with my girlfriend and our dog. Zac was fantastic and made the journey both enjoyable and easy. Zac provided us with useful information about the animal health certificate and helped to get us and our dog safely over the UK France border via the Le Shuttle / Euro Tunnel. Zac even went out of his way to drive us to a local vet to fix a passport issue that we had with our dogs pet passport at no extra cost. If you are looking to travel with your pet by car then I highly recommend to use Luxurious Pet Move!

Zac has been absolutely helpful. Every single doubts I had about the papers were responded so quick. We had help from the very beginning and the car was very spacious for both. He was always offering to stop on the way if we needed. I can recommend him 100% if you want to travel safe and with all documentations. We were traveling from Albania to Uk and the amount of documents we needed were stressful but they made it very simple and clear. Not a single problem at the border. Thanks so much

Faultless travel in difficult circumstances (euro tunnel shut due to power failure )

I was in urgent need of a way to coming back to London with my dog and family, after my car broke down because an incident. I contacted Zac and he did everything He could for accommodating me and take me back to London ASAP. Very professional company, polite and kind person. Highly recommend

We were stuck in France with our dog after our van broke down. All the ferrys and other transport options refused to take passengers with dogs. Luxurious Pet Move Abroad came to our rescue and got us home.

Really flexible, great communications and super responsive, I wasn’t worried that it would not all go ok and it didn’t. Zac picked me up in time, in a comfortable car, my dog sat on the seat next to me, we made stops whenever I needed to, bottled water available in the car. Chatted when I wanted to and snoozed when I felt like it. Even managed 2 conference calls. From Copenhagen to Folkestone 13 hours plus stops and I couldn’t have asked for more. If you love your pets like I do, this is the service for you.

Luxury Pet Moves took my three spaniels and me from Sussex to Switzerland and truly
lived up to its name on that long journey. It was a very comfortable vehicle and we were relaxed and chilled out the entire way. Zac could not have been more kind and professional and smoothed our way seamlessly through borders and customs. Definitely a company that goes the extra mile ……

As a 20 year old dog (double dog) owner all I want when travelling is peace of mind and Zac was that from first contact onwards. The journey was fabulous he picked us up from my home in London, stopped at the vets in Ashford and then went through the Eurotunnel. The journey was a complete success and Zac was such a kind soul and so helpful with my dogs. When we move back to UK we will see you again!

Although there may not be many reviews, all of them are positive. That is the reason why I chose Luxurious Pet Move Abroad.

This was my first time traveling such a long distance with my two cats. Due to the strike at our airline, I was very worried that my schedule might be affected. Once I informed Zac about the situation, he assured me that he would keep track of my flight, which made me feel he was reliable.

Fortunately, our flight was on time, and during the journey I realized we might arrive a bit earlier than expected. I texted Zac about it, and he immediately replied that he could pick us up earlier. He explained how they maintain flexibility to fit their customers’ schedules, and I found him very experienced in making the whole process convenient.

After such a long flight, my cats were exhausted. As we had hoped, they could finally relax and be free from their carriers. They were able to eat and drink, and after their meal, they calmed down and slept deeply in Zac’s car.

Not only did the pets get a good rest, but so did we. Zac was thoughtful in arranging stops (depending on your needs) for food or restroom breaks, so we felt really relaxed throughout the nine-hour trip.

Zac guided us through the checkpoint, where all the required documents for my pets and our passports were verified for boarding LeShuttle. Every step went smoothly, and I could hardly believe such a long journey felt so effortless.

This experience was 10/10. I was so stressed about moving my anxious cat and Zac exceeded my expectations. Not only is he a great company to have on a long drive, but I honestly can’t think of a better service and that comes from somehow who is highly selective of anything that has to do with my cat. My cat is partially blind and has panic attacks anytime we are on the road. He takes medication but even then he’s extremely stressed, but somehow with Zac he remained calm as opposed to freaking out as usual. For anyone who feels hesitant to travel with your pet, Zac is the best option. He’s very considered and the comfort and safety of you and your pet will be his top priority.

I used their service to relocate both of my cats from the UK to the Republic of Ireland. It was a very stressful period because I had to leave in one specific weekend. But Zac helped and advised me every time I needed extra advice or support.
Also when I needed to change the ferry tickets, it was no problem for him to manage it for me. He brought such a peace over me, in an absolute stress full periode for me. Chapeau for Zac and the company he is running..! And last but not least, a big chapeau for the driver who drove me and both cats to Dublin...

I have traveled with Zac and his crew 2 times now, and what I can say is that they are the BEST pet car service. They offer the best price in the market and their service and support along the journey was pivotal for me and Tokyo.
