If this is the same shop what’s on TikTok shop it’s rubbish brought bed in December told them the fabric is coming off his talking about add him on wats app send pictures sent one what is visible to show the fabric coming offf for them to reply they can’t c the base drops down quite often I could of sent these pictures through TikTok shop
Difficult communication from the start. They need to update their customers accurately. I received 3 different delivery dates , then the 3rd was Sunday between 6am and 10am. I thought I was being scammed because the tracking they provided doesn't show any tracking information at all. Now the sofa is finally here I'm so disappointed. The seat cushions are hard as rock and not as thick as seen in the photos online. Therefore not as described. My regret is my husband fitted the sofa feet so I could sit on it to test it out. Worst purchase ever. I should have followed my gut instinct and use a well known company. As the saying goes buy cheap buy twice. I am still going to seek advise from consumer rights about returning it. It's been really stressful. Never again. The only good thing about this experience was the delivery men who were very helpful and pleasant.

I placed an order around 3 weeks ago for 5 beds and not only was the price right but the delivery time was amazing. The beds came faster than expected and the quality on the beds was immaculate! The beds not only look like luxury but feel luxury. Will be ordering in the future!!
