I'm grateful for the leadership journey I took with Luxury Academy. Dr Paul is the best at what he does in both knowledge and experience. I look forward to taking another course with the college.

This training has been awesome. It's articulate and spot on. Dr Russell is very knowledgeable in what he teaches and this has enabled me sharpen my skills especially those I was not aware of. Wow is all I can say due to lack of a better adjective to describe my experience at Luxury Academy London. I am among the people adversely affected by the Covid-19 crisis and so when my friend, a pioneer of Luxury academy, shared the details for enrolment I said mmmh instead of sitting and whining about the crisis let me try and do something that will challenge my mind and keep me busy. This turned to be the best decision I ever made! Thank you @Luxury team for making my six weeks all worthwhile. I have gained knowledge in various aspects of leadership & management. I am better equipped as a leader. The curriculum is very well designed, the Self paced video lessons are perfect and easy to grasp not to mention the very lively live classes with Dr.Paul. He is very experienced and well versed with the content.Thanks to you I can now confidently say that I am able to know when I am leading and managing and when to use power and authority! Critical thinking stood out for me. I highly recommend this course. The knowledge gained is not only applicable in the workplace but also in relationships.. oh yes! now you know.

This course has changed
the way I work as a leader

The last six weeks have been one of the most inspiring, insightful and rewarding moments in my learning life.
I came to look forward to every Saturday evening like a child looking forward to a candy.
I believe what I learned over the course of this period will add value to my leadership role in my organisation as well as how I lead my teams and my personal life.
It's given me a broader framework about such concepts like power and Authority, motivation,micro management and a while lot more.
Dr was an exceptional instructor with a very practical method of conveying his message with the use of humour and wits,I must say he made the live classes a must have from the first day.
It was also an avenue to connect with people from all over the world, an opportunity to learn different perspectives from different countries and continents.
It's been a worthwhile and rewarding experience and I am glad I was a part of it.

I did not regret my decision to undertake the 7 weeks course. It was a worthy experience that has taught me so much that I was not aware of in terms of leadership and management. I loved how the videos were structured and well explained and it made note taking very easy. My most favourite was the live lessons with Dr. Russel, best instructor I have come across. I am taking with me new skilled knowledge to apply in my leadership position on my team. Coincidentally, my masters degree module for this semester is ' Effective leadership and change in Education'. I will definitely use the knowledge gained here for my research and writing. Thank you for offering the scholarship, looking forward to pursuing the diploma in future.
