It was the best class I have ever done online

I was so fascinated by the whole experience and learnt alot on leadership not only from my tutor who was very patient and accommodating but also from fellow students from very diverse backgrounds.

It is a very interactive, educative, interesting,impactful and inclusive despite it being a virtual class. An amazing tutor.(Dr Paul Russell),hoping to join another class soon.

It was an awesome experience; the tutor was superb, the classes were excellent and the course in general is fabulous. I recommend the course to anybody who seeks to gain more insight in management and leadership.

Lots of knowledge and skills training program that should remain governing the way I approach my work assignments and responsibilities to come as I grow in the field of leadership and management. Expert training by Dr Paul he's been excellent in imparting knowledge to his students. His relationship skills are marvelous he makes the class worth every moment. There's always that spark he creates and you realize exactly what you have been missing in your leadership and management career.
I would recommend it for anyone interested in leadership and management.

The course in educative, inspiring ,informative and mind boggling especially the test and exam it challenges your skill as manager gives you an opportunity to learn news ways to handle a variety of situations in an organization.. Dr.Russell is engaging and allows students to discuss their experiences at work and gives advice on steps to follow to overcome those challenges. All students participate in class giving us a chance to bond,building new networks and new friends.

Enlightening, impactful, and refreshing. I am so glad to be part of this course, it has completely changed my mindset on leadership and management. Dr Russell is a great teacher and I am looking forward to meeting him someday!

In my quest to becoming a better manager, I took to Google and saw a couple of programs but the 6weeks program "Leadership and Management" offered by Luxury Academy London caught my eyes and I thought it wise giving it a try.

Every step of it was packed with loads of insight.

It really reshaped me into making a better and more informed decisions.

How to solve the real problem, with the causalities in mind and not just solving a problem, then birthing several other problems.

Such an eye opening experience....

I must confess that the experience I've so far gained from this program is not commensurate to the token I paid.

It was a great experience to have even though adjusting to the teaching method was a bit tricky if you are not an IT guru
Besides that it was all good and left slot of bubbles and the course was a bridge builder to meet people all over the world

The expectations I had coming to Luxury Academy, was never disappointed, in fact my expectations were exceeded.
The tutor (Dr. Paul Russell) is well experienced and highly knowledgeable in the subject matter, the weekly online class session fosters better and collaborative understanding. I am better informed on making critical decision, I am better aware of myself, in becoming a great leader, I have also learnt the importance of delegation and team burnout and what to do in the face of burnout.

From the course I realised why I do experienc a lot of challenges with my other department managers. This is because most of the time I apply leadership and they are managers.

With this course I realised I am doing the right thing and also learned areas of improvements.

Have you ever felt like you dont like to delegate or you feel like delegating everything to your team? This course gave me best tips on how to manage delegation for better team devopment and productivity.

I have also learned the process of decision making and importance of performance management how to manage it.

Now i am aware of the difference between leading and managing my team and when to apply what.
