This was our 2nd year visiting this property and nothing disappointed us. Lovely house, clean & spotless. Everything we needed was available. We would have preferred an earlier checking in time.

It is not a luxury Cottage, at best it's a rather good Terraced house (almost a back to back. I could almost have stayed at Estelle Manor which does have luxury cottages for about the same money.

A very comfortable and well equipped cottage in an extremely convenient location for enjoying Lytham. Lovely back ‘yard’ for sitting out as well.

Lovely quality clean house good garden location close to shops and sea front We felt stairs were too step for us Mattress was firmer than we are used too didn’t sleep well perhaps a topper could be installed for future

The cottage was amazing it had everything you needed down to small details like egg cups, there were plenty of instructions and everything worked great. Good spot and quiet location. Will definitely stay here again.
