TV was faulty, bed squeaked loudly making it impossible to get a good night's sleep, promised garden access for our dog was unavailable. Best part of £1000 for four days? Luxury cottage? Not impressed. Received £50 refund after complaining - still not impressed.

The owner did act swiftly at the time to try and resolve the TV issue and offered a practical solution should the problem continue. We appreciate that, despite these efforts, it was still a frustration during your stay. We also regret the misunderstanding regarding garden access and any inconvenience this caused.
