Excellent accommodation for large parties and ideal location to explore the area around Ullswater. The space was well thought out, it was extremely clean and had everything that you needed regarding kitchen equipment, towels, bedding, tv’s in every room and good Wi Fi. The decor was amazing and it felt very homely. We will definitely be back. Thanks
A great place to stay when visiting Cumbria, with easy access to a lot of attractions. The house is large and spacious and well fitted out with a touch of luxury and a great little pub across the road.
The perfect house in the perfect position. Close to Ullswater and Keswick, the motorway and Michelin star restaurants. A great place to meet and spend quality time with friends and family. Cannot recommend this house highly enough.

Lovely house but the boiler and shower issues need sorting out.
A great place for our family catch up. Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and great social spaces, the hot tub was well used. Both pubs in the village served delicious food at reasonable prices.
