Our stay was from the 22nd of june and that week was the heatwave the cottage/Lodge area was brilliant not to far from the coast and towns and not far from the Cornwell border, cottage was fully equipped and everything that we needed, i can't really say much else. We are being picky really only thing we can say is to make it a bit more comfortable it got really hot as there's a lot of glass around the lounge and kitchen area it got to 34 degrees on the really hot days would benefit from some more blinds to be fitted we think is needs the window near the dining table needs a blind and the front door side window needs a blind. I know this is not really something you find in holiday cottage Lodges etc but as are summers get hotter for longer think aircon would be a benefit but apart from that and as I said being picky we had a brilliant time and would recommend to anyone even someone with a small family. We also loved the views of the countryside and saw some beautiful sunsets, loved the hot tub too would definitely come back in the near future. And just to mention the cottage manager Rebecca was brilliant very helpful for all are questions and needs.
