Best Customer Support! Liza. R!!! What made my experience great was…

What made my experience great was Liza.R she went above and beyond to help with our booking to Melbourne for my daughter and I. In the end Michelle moved to Perth before our up coming trip so Liza helped with re-routing her ticket! Liza is so polite and professional and I suggest asking for her personally! Chat line has a lot to be desired !! Ring the 1300 number for better service

I spoke to Darcy on the 1300 number as your chat line has a lot to be desired. Lesa kept me holding for some time even though I requested a human to call me or attend to the call.
Darcy, no doubt, on the 1300 number answered all my queries in 5 minutes and followed up with emails.
Very efficient.
I think Luxury Escapes need to up their customer support especially since they charge an annual sub fee to members who request better service !!!!

Brilliant travel company!

I used Luxury Escapes last year for the first time. It was a fantastic experience. I and my family travelled to Nusa dua hotel and spa in Bali. The package Luxury Escapes provided was brilliant from the flights to the hotel accommodation. When I needed to contact Luxury Escapes from the UK to discuss certain aspects of the booking nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this company to anybody and without doubt would travel with this company again.
