Very knowledgeable and experienced tour guide that worked hard to make sure we had an incredible tour. The tour bus driver was also an extremely good driver and very professional. However, the tour backend processes felt disorganised and some of the hotels didn’t feel that they met the Luxury Escapes name.
The tour itinerary was great, covering the important and interesting attractions.

The iterinary was everything promised. Fatih was the perfect guide for our Turkey trip, fabulous and knowledgeable guide with a great sense of humour. The only problem was a couple of the hotels were very disappointing. It would have been good when travelling long days to spend a little more time in a place and not just overnight.

Jourdana M rectified the issues that I had encountered with my Lux+ account in a very timely manner. She kept me updated on the process and was able to finally have the matter sorted so I will not have the problem again when I book another holiday. She was very efficient.

Took a while on the phone to get through to the right person, but Andrew N was incredibly helpful and solved the issue extremely quickly and efficiently.

Lauren M was very patient and helpful.

Thank you to Luxury Escapes, we left behind a dress in our last hotel and Jourdana M did a great job on trying to recover it, sadly it was unsuccessful but that was our fault for leaving it behind, cheer well done Jourdana.

We recently went to Turkiye for 13 days with luxury escapes. Having been out first time there we were a little apprehensive. But after meeting our tour guide Sefa we were at ease. His knowledge of the history of his country was outstanding. His passion for his county was incredible. His problem solving and general ability to help with any request made or trip memorable. Thank you Sefa.

THE BEST customer service I have ever received! The website was experiencing a temporary glitch in the system, so I rang up and spoke to Connor H from the London Office. Not only was he super helpful, he was patent, kind, friendly and just a genuinely lovely person.
I cannot thank him enough, and Luxury Escapes for a wonderful experience.

The customer service member I spoke to, (Johanthon I believe), was very helpful and understanding. He spoke well and was very polite. He quickly looked up my information and knew exactly what the issue was. He explained that the money could be refunded and he even pointed out that I had paid the insurance and he would ensure that this would also be refunded. This is exceptional customer service.

Unfortunately my wife and I had to cancel a cruise we had booked for March , 2027. The helpful, friendly service provided by Donna L, from the Luxury Escapes Cruise Concierge was outstanding. Our request was handled very promptly and efficently. Great Service!

Had an enquiry about my LuxPlus membership which was answered propmtly.

We were assisted by Jonathan O with a booking cancellation request for personal reasons. Jonathan was extremely helpful, understanding and responsive, at what was a difficult and stressful time for us, and was able to negotiate / provide a credit of our accomodation package on our behalf.
Looking forward to rescheduling our holiday when we are ready.

Jessica R was very understanding to assist with changing our Crown Metropole Perth accommodation dates at late notice due to a death in our family. This 2 night stay is for our wedding anniversary celebration which with funeral arrangements now a priority had to be postponed.
Unfortunately my earlier request with a different team member resulted in a refusal of our request and just a credit to be issued if we were prepared to go ahead.
