It’s fraud!! Do not buy from here.

It takes 10 days to get to you from India. Poor quality and no where near AAA+ rated. The customer service is non existent and they don’t care. Oh and if you don’t like the item or you want to return the item then you cannot!!! Because you cannot say it’s poor quality LOL. Luckily for people in the UK were protected by scams and frauds like this but you do need to go through the whole process before you can get your money back. Stay well away because it’s a SCAM!!!

Luxuryforless soak ibath whatever they want to call themselves avoid at all cost ,don't deliver when they say they will, when they do items are damaged, ask for a Friday delivery and they will send it what day they like, cancel your order they still send it out, the delivery company they use are a joke, they all lie to you, customer service need to be trained to do the job, the only good thing that happened is when I got through to the financial department and told them I wanted a refund the same day and they can do it they did,but you have to stand your ground, best advice don't use this company

Did not deliver item. Had to drive across country after 2 failed attempts. Promised compensation and was not given. Absolute scum. Wasted many days of my time.

I purchased a bath for £569.99 from this company through eBay, the delivery date came and went and I had received no contact. I emailed them and didn't receive a response, so I emailed them again threatening to report them, and received a prompt response advising the product had been discontinued. Despite this they are still advertising the product and taking money from unsuspecting customers! I did receive a refund (make sure if you do purchase from them you have the eBay money back guarantee), I have also reported them to eBay but they haven't done anything about it. I have been sending them regular emails asking why they are still advertising the product and they have now said they have a new supplier so it is available, so I have asked that they dispatch it to me and I will pay immediately upon receipt. I very much doubt I will ever see anything though. This company also goes under different trading names: iBathuk & Fresh Bathrooms.
