Ordered the metal finish bed from this company, the service was amazing Aadam is never more than a message away to answer any queries. Post delivery service, which is rare is just ad amazing
I would recommend this company for the quality of the beds and especially the service

Poor quality, poor customer service. Received the wrong size headboard twice. Although this has now been resolved 4 weeks later after many attempts, renegotiations and a great deal of inconvenience, I would never buy from this company in the future. Shortly you will notice a long essay explaining how they are right and I am wrong but they did ask me for my review so here it is. The delivery drivers however have been brilliant, extremely patient and were astounded at the amount of times they had to visit my home to resolve this issue. The craftsmanship does not deserve the amount they advertise for.

From start to finish, it's been a great experience, Adam was amazing, I had a very specific requirement and they accommodated everything, communication was really good and kept me upto date with everything, the delivery guys were really professional and set the bed up, and my oh my it looks absolutely stunning, finished my room off perfectly, the quality of the bed is really good.

Will definitely be recommend them in hoping to use them again in the future

They are incredibly responsive and easy to deal with. Right from the beginning, they were super helpful on WhatsApp, sent me additional photos of swatches and samples in daylight as I requested. Expedited the order and sent regular updates on the order. The delivery came sooner than expected and when we had queries they responded immediately without delay at all times of the day. The product (bed) itself was exactly as we imagined it and we are really enjoying the mattress we ordered as well. I highly recommend them for their responsiveness and quality of product.

I bought the Bespoke Royal Monochrome II Bed- With Black Metal in naples cream and I absolutely love it. The communication via WhatsApp was great, keeping me updated on my order and supporting me to choose the correct material having sent some samples through the post. I would definitely recommend LHI

Ordered a King bed from this company and I loved the product when it was delivered. What I ordered was exactly what I got so definitely met my expectation.
The negative experience seats with the delivery company that delivered the product. The 2 delivery men damaged my wall and even after mentioning to them they shared no remorse or apology which kind of dampled my excitnent of receiving the bed. Overall I m happy with the product and worth the price.

I ordered a custom king bed from this company and had a great experience. I contacted them through WhatsApp for any questions and they gave me updates via that too. The bed was pre assembled with the bolts which made it easier to put together as it was only 4 parts. The price was good for what we received.

Honestly the worst quality and customer service I ever seen. Once they get your money whole different attitude. Not even worth £150 let alone £2000. Don’t go through what I did pleaseeeee. Don’t know how it’s rated high, paid for reviews for sure !!!

I purchased my new bed around two months ago and I’ve had issues with builders so couldn’t accept delivery twice. The shop were so helpful and hung on to the bed for me till I could accept it. I now have the bed and I’m in love. Can’t wait to dress it all now.

Excellent quality and A* customer service. They held the stock for me, delivered on the date i asked for and helped to construct the bed. Would highly recommend.

The bed I ordered was made to measure it is exactly as pictured and great quality.
Once I placed the order there communication was excellent . The bed was ready for delivery in no time and the guys who delivered and assembled the bed were great !

The unit I purchased is lovely I am pleased with it
However the delivery was a nightmare
The courier refused to deliver it to my flat
I pleaded with them but they were adamant they only deliver to ground floor I offered to pay them to deliver up to the first floor but they still refused. If the ground floor hadn’t been enclosed I dread to think what would have happened to my item purchased. I will not be buying from the company again unless the employ a courier who will deliver to flats.
