WOW! I was very skeptical when looking to purchase a luxury watch of this value over the internet. I did a lot of research on LOW, including reading through all of the reviews and calling and speaking to Martin. I called over the weekend and realized that LOW is only open on weekdays. On Monday morning, I received a follow-up call from Martin, who returned my call from the weekend. We finally connected a few days later, and Martin was a pleasure to talk to and work with and was very knowledgeable about the Rolex Submariner that I was looking for. Martin thoroughly answered all my questions in detail. We discussed the condition of the pre-owned Rolex and he assured me that it was in excellent condition and had been serviced for operational condition. I decided to pull the trigger and order the watch. It arrived within a few days via Fedex and when I opened the box and thoroughly examined the watch it wasn't in excellent condition as Martin had discussed, it was in PRESTINE condition for a pre-owned Rolex! I couldn't be happier with the purchase, Martin and LOW! I would recommend LOW to anyone looking to purchase a luxury watch and will definitely be purchasing from Martin again! Thank you!
