On moving to a new home, I recently purchased 2 recliner chairs with footstools and a small table and a 2 seater sofa set with 2 chairs and a coffee table for my back garden/pergola. I am so pleased with the choice and colour which matches the decor.
The furniture appears sturdy and is very comfortable with the thick, high quality inclusive cushions and at a reasonable price. My furniture was delivered, unpacked and assembled free of charge. I had 5 star treatment from visiting the showroom to having the furniture delivered. Communication was excellent keeping me informed re: delivery. I was so thrilled that I am still adding things, LED parasol and cushion storage box.
I would definitely recommend Luxury Rattan Direct to anybody looking for garden furniture - such a vast choice.All the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks Colin and Donna.

Excellent range and choice of garden furniture. Donna is friendly, knowledgeable and knows her products. The furniture we purchased is extremely comfortable and good quality. We looked at a number of options at other retailers before buying, but this was the best and is good value. Donna provided prompt delivery as agreed and put the furniture together. The showroom has lots of choice of quality garden & conservatory furniture at good prices. Donna is helpful & knowledgeable & gives you plenty of time & space to try different chairs, tables & fabric & decide; she went above and beyond & is so friendly. The ordering process & delivery was straightforward with good communication & they assembled the furniture for me on delivery.

We didn't visit the showroom so can't comment.We met Donna at her stall at Southport Flower Show.She was friendly and pointed out potential seating for our summerhouse.We liked the product and bought it.Delivery was arranged to suit us and arrived on time. Becky was efficient and told us all we needed to
know.The seating is very good value and we look forward to using it in the Spring.

Had a lovely experience at LUXURY Ratten. From looking around the showroom to purchasing, the furniture my husband and I picked for our conservatory. It can go in doors or outside, very useful. It was delivered and put into space. Nothing is too much trouble, and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I ordered my garden furniture at the Southport Flower Show last year and from placing the order to receiving delivery, the service was excellent. At every stage I was kept informed of my delivery time and date by Donna and it arrived as scheduled.

I am really pleased with the quality of my Rattan Positano Companion set. The 2 garden chairs have hideaway footstools which are an added bonus for relaxing in the nice weather.

After shopping around for an outdoor furniture set, we came across Luxury Rattan Direct - Becky was amazing as we were looking around, no pressure to buy, knowledge of all the different options and super friendly as well. Excellent customer service from Donna. She was so helpful in the showroom when picking the furniture, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of furniture to choose from and good quality. Very accommodating around changing delivery date. Delivery by Donna and her husband was seamless. They assembled the furniture in no time.
