I will never send another watch to them…

I will never send another watch to them for repair. Had a great experience once, now it's an awful company. They started the repair in early Jan, nearly six months later it's not complete. What's even more worrying is they are not replying to my emails, I'm not sure the company is even in business any more. I would be extremely nervous about sending them an expensive watch at this moment in time.

I have used this company before but never again.

I have used this company before. The first time they were excellent. The second time they were a bit slow but did a good job. I decided to use them again and sent my omega seamaster to them in November 2025. I received their quote which whilst very high I paid by 26 November. I was told it would take up to 25 weeks.
Since then I’ve had no substantive update and as the time has passed I have tried contacting them on five different occasions and received no response.
I am now very concerned that they might be in some difficulties and I am not going to get my watch back.
If I don’t hear from them I am considering reporting the matter further.

DO NOT SEND YOUR WATCH TO THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT SEND YOUR WATCH TO THIS COMPANY!
My Omega was received by them in October 2025, and I paid the quoted price of £612 on 20th Nov 2025. All communications have ceased, the telephone goes straight to answerphone and no emails or chat are replied to.
I have now been without my watch and over £600 for around 7 months and can't get any answers for reassurance as to where my watch is and if and when I will get it back with the repairs I paid for carried out.
If anyone from Luxury watches can assist the repairs order is 65863.

Avoid

I dropped off my watch July last year. After no coms for six months, I went to visit in person.

After 40 mins waiting (in an empty shop) someone arrived and explained the issue. They were very attentive for the next two weeks and explained they couldn’t repair my watch.

As soon as we started discussing a refund they disappeared. Multiple attempts to contact later and there’s been no contact.

I’m writing this as a last ditch attempt as it looks as if they respond to Trustpilot reviews.

Terrible service for what should be a high value experience.

I received my watch today

After numerous emails and calls I received my watch today.
I requested it's return following a 7 week wait without even a quote for a battery or service.
I requested the watch be returned in the packaging they received it and paid £24.00 .
It arrived in bubble wrap, absolutely shocking.

A valuable watch was in transit from…

A valuable watch was in transit from Luxury Watch Repairs using DHL Express.

It needed to be signed for. I was not at home at the time of delivery, approximately 12.00 on 14th May. It was left on my doorstep. I returned home early in the evening the same day. There was no package on my doorstep.

The package had been removed by person or persons unknown. It had obviously been stolen.

At first they said that it had been signed for, later retracting that and admitting that it had been left without a signature.

DHL has acknowledged this. I am yet to receive any compensation for a valuable watch (the replacement value is £15,000!)

It would seem that there is a dispute between DHL and Luxury Watch Repairs. Meanwhile, I am the victim.

It is now June 3rd and I have yet to receive anything from Luxury Watch Repairs relating to compensation. I have heard nothing whatsoever from them.

I reiterate, do NOT use this company. Do Not trust them with your treasured watches!!!!!

Sent my Breitling Chronomatic for service at the end of March. I was informed it had to be sent to Breitling which I agreed.i have sent repeatedly emails asking for an up date. Now nearly in June, no response. This is totally unacceptable. I have used this company on three occasions before and things went ok, so what is going on. I want answers. John King.

Avoid using this company as nothing but a dissappointment

Communication with this company is non-existent. Have tried emails to management, online chat and the phone line, all are not responsive. They have had my Rolex watch since December. I've been chasing an update but cant get anyone to respond. Have had several false commitments on timelines and now no response at all. Received my Omega back after 5 months with no paperwork or warranty card. They were never this bad but from recent experience i wont be using them again and advise other to avoid them like a plague.

First Class Customer Service

Every three or so years, I have the problem of finding a trustworthy company to replace a battery in and pressure test a Breitling Aerospace. I was fortunate to come across Luxury Watch Repairs.

The process of them sending out a postal pack; getting my watch collected by the Royal Mail and then returning it to me took about a week. The total price was very reasonable compared to the Breitling offer.

I would not hesitate to recommend Luxury Watch Repairs to someone needing a battery replacement.

Communication concerns

I am pleased with the watchmakers for the service and restoration of my watch. However, the process time, estimated at 15/25 weeks, which was exceeded to a year, together with the lack of phone and email response communication of the work process, was worrying and disappointing. However, credit must go to Kelley, who was excellent in helping resolve matters and the eventual return of my watch.
