Disappointed

I bought a silver salad server which arrived with damaged fork head. After accepting that there is a problem and with assurance that they will find me a replacement team Luxware went quiet. Not even replying.
I hope they resolve the matter.
Be careful when buying cutlery.

Terrible customer service

I have tried to contact you over 4 times now and have received no response at all, by email and phone.
The mugs I ordered were nothing like the size they looked in the picture and all the patterns on all the mug’s were marked, not good quality at all. Not impressed at all!!!

Broken purchase replacement …

I have ordered two cup and saucer set from luxware but I have received my order broken. I contacted the customer service and the same day, I have been informed that my order will be replaced and shipped to me. Very next day, I have received my replacement without any issue. After that I made another purchase and received it very quickly. Excellent customer service and very good quality.
