I ordered the perfect red leather purse…but....

Updating: Luxy Moon just contacted me and apologized. They said they thought my issue was resolved and agreed to replace my order. Now I will be getting the perfect black leather purse as the red was out of stock. We all need a great black purse, right? I will update again when it gets here.
I ordered the perfect red leather purse on their site and was so excited to found one I like so much. then I waited, and yeah! FedEx emailed and texted that it was delivered. As soon as I got home, I asked my daughter where my package was. She's home all day with my grandson and granddaughter and our dog lets us know when ANYONE gets near our house...no package. Nothing was delivered. No, it's not at the neighbors. Yes, they have the correct address. FedEx gets a big fat 1 start also as they have been worse to work with than Luxy Moon. So neither one will replace the purse or refund me my month. Luxy didn't even offer a discount for a replacement, I'm screwed out of $90. Yep, not ordering from again.

Poor experience

I was told the purse I purchased was not available four days after placing the order. Then I selected a replacement but it has not been sent out yet. Luxy does not have customer service number to call so I sent an email and was advised the warehouse is backed up and they don’t know when it will be shipped. I am very disappointed in my first experience purchasing from Luxy! I wish I had purchased the purse elsewhere.

Item not as advertised

The quality of the item is not as advertised. The colors are not the same either. Disappointed to say the least.

This is my first review ever

This is my first review ever. Luxy Moon is a good company. Received my package via FedEx in a timely manner. Fanny pack I ordered was nice... Good quality. Fanny pack has a leather strap and a leather swatch to show the material it's made of but the fanny pack itself seems to be a little on the thin side re the leather.

Well I order a bag they were out of it I got an email regarding that it wa sour of stock the lady had sent me some pictures of another one I would like I told rher the flower duffel bag I am going on vacation the 12th of March and I need my duffel bag I had paid and she said a tote bag green was out of stock I didn’t want that one....
