We had an extremely positive experience…

We had an extremely positive experience ordering from Lux. The CEO actually corresponded with us when we were in the ordering process to make sure the order was 100% correct, which was extremely helpful.

The pergola we had ordered arrived in perfect condition, extremely well packed and smelling wonderfully of fragrant cedar.  The shipper was pleasant and on time, so there were absolutely no problems anywhere.
