Having investigated the delay in shipment, we can see from our email correspondence between you and our sales representative, they advised there would be a delay in shipment due to the bracelet being polished and re-plated, and we received email confirmation that you were happy to wait.
We are disappointed to get a 1-star review as we initialy reduced the bracelet's price on your request and issued a £100 compensation for the shipment delay. Our records reflect you requested to cancel the purchase on 02/03/23, and we initiated the refund on that date. Our payment provider Stripe submits refund requests to the card issuer's bank, and the refund is received as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending on the bank. Unfortunately, we don't control how long the funds take to credit your bank after our initial refund approval is submitted.
