Contacted live support because the eshop gift card I ordered charged me but then sent me a email saying it was out of stock so I talked to live support and they give me Two codes right away and they both worked.

ordered a $70 eshop card. got an email within a minute or so saying they were out of stock. opened live chat and they send me a $20 and $50 within a couple minutes. I verified they worked and that was it

Items I ordered turned out to be out of stock. Didn’t find this out until after I’d already paid. However, after contacting live support I was immediately helped and given equivalent value to my order in another form, exactly what I needed. Super quick, easy, and helpful!

Excelent service

I was worried at first when the automated email told me the product was out of stock, but after working through some technical difficulties with support, they were able to give me something equivalent in a timely manner. Very courteous.

Thanks to help me out with Win10 product key issue!

I purchased a Playstation top up card for $50 (I spent less but that's the value of the card) on September 7 2019.. September 16 I contacted support to ask when it would arrive in the mail and they gave me a code and then emailed one to me. While in the chat I tried to put it in my account and it said it was already redeemed. Lvlgo told me to contact Playstation support to get proof it was redeemed before and when Playstation network replied they told me that it was an incorrect code or was mistaken it was not a valid code. I showed the representative at lvlgo the screen shots and they claimed that they checked it before being sent and kept spamming it. Then they sent me screen shots of a 100% different order with someone else's code and said they sent it to me August 22nd...when I ordered it the 7th of September! They've refused to refund me or replace the code.

Long story short they're scammers and thieves who take your money and spend it on codes for their friends and coworkers (or someone other than the buyer).
