Very slow shipper with very poor service.
Very slow and vague updates. Calls to customer service hotline remains unanswered. Messages left on Facebook takes almost a week for any response. Tickets raised in system are not dligently checked and updated. Operating staff seems clueless about package status. Only the finance staff is quick to issue emails for payment of customs tax and agent handling fee. Very very poor service.
Bought something mid-Nov from the UK. It took about 40 days to arrive. It took almost a week for somekind of updates (#344010513111882). Tried calling the local contact numbers and all I got was a message to leave a voice mail. Created a ticket but all that I got was a simple reply that package is in transit and that I will be notified if there are any updates.
The package tracker is hardly updated unless I raised a ticket. Then, there would be some updates on the same day but I have yet to receive my package. Worst of all, the tracker updates are so vague that I can't tell if it is going to the next station or leaving the current station. Absolutely puzzling logic.
Not sure how do they claim to be a leader in cross-border shipping, especially if they can't even do a proper intra-border shipping.
