I booked the tickets and found out I was too rush and put a wrong date, I called within 10 mints and they told me ticket is being issued and they called again said is already too late , they will charge me fee.
This is a terrible company that I shouldn't reserved it.

Ly travel is an unethical business …

Ly travel is an unprofessional organization with zero integrity and accountability. If I could give zero stars I would do so! I booked a flight and noticed error with the passenger information and immediately contacted customer service after 4 days I was notified that they can not correct the information and if I cancel the booking they will charge me 253 dollars for the cancellation!!! The airline confirmed with me that they would have made the update but the agency never provided the proper information. So they scammed me to pay for something that I did not receive. Stay away from this company they are a fraud and absolutely unethical

My flight was canceled

My flight was canceled and they said they could refund me or send me another day without even trying to get me on the next flight that same day. Very unimpressed. I have a medical procedure and there’s a flight in twenty minutes and they aren’t trying to get me on that flight.

Customer service is cutting the calls…

Customer service is cutting the calls when we do queries & for the cancellation charges are too high. Ordered flight from del to trv. Costed me around 9000₹ but while cancelling got 840₹. Still now not recovered that amt aswell. Kindly don’t use this site.

Not a scam! they are trying to improve

Okay so they did mess up bad and does have poor management system BUT what I noticed recently is that they are actually trying to improve. They are trying to make fair adjustments to my case currently and also been sending swift replies.

They are not scammers at all and does provide cheapest options out there. Just make sure to confirm with them first if you want to buy add-ons offered by their website if they can actually deliver or not.

I'd give this company 0 star if I could. We had a flight coming in later than expected and they did nothing to help reschedule another flight which was also booked through them. We also got no refund. The next ticket we had we wanted to reschedule only the time of flight on the same day but their fees exceed the actual ticket prices which is unbelievable. Will not but my tickets through them ever again.

Such a relief, worth to try

I just booked a flight from Jakarta to Macau with Singapore airline as the price is only 70% compared with SQ website. I was very careful as there are too many bad reviews but yet I gave it a try due to price difference. It was smooth! I paid attention to flight details (as SQ is 3 digits while Scoot is 4 digits), and extra attention about name and contact details. Within 1min, I received Ly.com confirmation, and within 20min, I received booking number and I tried it with Singapore airline apps and it is done! YAY!

Great Customer Service & Easy Booking

I am leaving a 5-star review to help balance the 1-star ratings. I purchased two SCOOT airline tickets through ly.com. While it's true that the final e-tickets took longer to arrive compared to other sites, I appreciated that their U.S.-based customer service was always available. There were no long wait times or automated responses—my call was answered immediately, and the representative provided clear explanations. He was courteous and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. Additionally, ly.com’s website is user-friendly, making it easy to see what is included and excluded in the purchase. I don’t understand how someone could mistakenly buy SCOOT tickets thinking they were from Singapore Airlines. Overall, my experience was positive, primarily due to the excellent customer service in the U.S.

I was led by google flight search to ly.com. I received a fake-looking itinerary with an airline name that I didn't recognized. I searched the airline and it said it was out of business. I panicked that I was getting scammed. I contacted the customer service which was through their english website TravelGo... they refused to cancel my reservation even though it was a couple hours old. They couldn't tell me the correct airline name. I had to re-search for flights with similar times to discover Volaris. I called them directly. To my relief, I did in fact have a reservation. They were willing to cancel and refund BUT that would have given the money back to ly.com and I don't trust they will give me my money back so 1-star for AWEFUL customer service and being a very untrustworthy Chinese company.

Worst experience

Worst experience! We couldn’t board our flight and had to book another airline, hoping to return with the flight we originally purchased from Ly.com. However, without any notice, they canceled our ticket. I opened their website and requested a refund. A few hours later, a Chinese man called me and started shouting at me, saying, “Why did you request a refund?” The entire phone call was just him yelling.

I purchase the ticket from travelgo.com…

I purchase the ticket from travelgo.com (ly.com)). It stated is Singapore airlines and i have submitted and settle the payment. On the next day, i try to retrieve the itinerary from SQ websites and it shows invalid booking ref. then i contacted travelgo customer service and i was being told that my ticket is for Scoot and not SQ. I was really shock when i paying SGD 459 for a one way ticket from PG to SG, and it is not SQ but is budget airlines Scoot. This is totally not acceptable. I told the CS that the platform stated is Singapore Airlines and i make the payment, but why is Scoot airlines? The CS has informed that is Singapore Airline but operated by Scoot, this is misleading information, As a consumer, i wiling to pay higher price because i wanted to take SQ, i paying SQ ticket price but taking budget airlines Scoot. This is totally unacceptable to me. with ticket price SGD 459, is not including the baggage check-in, i still need to add on for baggage check-in. I called travel CS and ask for refund , it was rejected . I requests to compensate for my baggage check-in but rejected too . I called SQ but was told to contact travel because I purchase thru third party platform my.com.I am totally disappointed. Paying for SQ price but taking budget airlines. There is hidden information and what showing on the platform is misleading . Just realize that there is a lot of bad review on trevalgo , seems like I am also one of the victim. My advice to all consumer; please check and read carefully before purchase.

Think Twice about the Baggage & Seat Selection

We booked flights with Ly, through Cheap F2lights.ca. The price of the flight was significantly cheaper than booking with the airline, about 1/3 of the price. Ly had good correspondence with actual booking and itinerary. Our reservation went through to airline's app, without issue.
The PROBLEM was with the extra fees we paid for seat selection and luggage. We never got to seat select, we had to pay extra with the airline. I purchased one piece of checked luggage for both departure and return, through Ly. Neither piece of luggage showed up when I checked in on line. I called the airline, when I was checking in. They said they had no record of the purchase and I would have to pay for the luggage on their end and ask for a refund from Ly. The day of the departure, two luggage labels print off but I only had one checked bag. My checked bag purchase for the return flight never appeared. Ultimately I paid approx. $270 CDN$ for my luggage.
When I called Ly, after my trip, the service rep was very aggressive and said I should have gone to the airline service desk to dispute it or called them at that time. Not sure if I would book with LY again but I certainly will not pay for extra services, through them.
