I would strongly advise against using Lyka Mobile.
First, they changed my existing plan to a completely different one without my choosing it, and I was charged significantly more than I should have been. My usual plan costs 440 NOK for 3 months , but 2 days before my plan expire I was charged around 300 NOK for just one month under a plan I never selected.
I tried contacting them by email and messages, but I never received a response. I eventually had to call them, and unfortunately, the staff I spoke to had very limited English. They kept saying “yes, yes, yes,” but nothing was actually resolved.
I was told that my original plan would be restored within half an hour and that I would receive a refund within five days. Neither of these things happened.
I am still using the service this month under a plan that I never chose, while the plan I originally selected has not been restored.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I feel completely ignored as a customer, and I would not recommend Lyka Mobile to anyone.
