Started with all apps such as Tentkotta, EROS, SUNNXT and YOUTUBE- but all those apps have gone within 3months out of 15months subscription. Now we have only YUPPtv app which is useless. Also no one pick up the call from the customer service. VERY POOR and USELESS services. DO NOT BUY ANYMORE.

Bloody cheaters

Bloody cheaters, now my Tentkotta and eros lost even though they charged for 1 year.
Unbelievable that they can keep going and rob people with out any restrictions.
No one bothered to inform the police 👮‍♀️
Does the Lyca ownership knows? Or they are behind.

Have lost Tentkotta and sunnxt after migration to yupptv. Customer service are appalling as they don't give straight answer...I guess they are not regulated by Ofcom as it's offshore service. Very disappointed after they hassled me into 15 months subscription and to get migrated without a customer choice and they didn't even warn their customers beforehand or offer a solution.. LYCA IS VERY IMMATURE COMPANY. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

I’m with LYCA TV iptv subscription for watching Live TV, VOD and mainly for movies(tentkotta app). I renewed my subscription for another 15 months only recently as they kept hassling me. I didn’t understand their Urge. I just received a text now saying lyca tv services will now be provided by YUPP tv. I’m asked to migrate saying the same services will be provided with yupp tv and after migration tentkotta App and subscription will continue to work as it is. They promised it will work after migration and made it all available for one day just to cheat customers to migrate to yupp tv and now it stopped and they saying they can no longer provide the same service as they themselves know only now that tentkotta will not work anymore. we are dejected and cheated by the company just for their greed and sale. BEWARE THEY ARE DOING THE SAME WITH ALL OF THEIR EXISTING CUSTOMERS.

Talking to customer service was waste of time as they all empathise with u and agree what their company did is not ethical and right but theY are kept in the dark too. They are answering calls for the sake of it and have no clue.

They saying they can compensate me by giving free extra channels/package that will be in different language. Basically they are asking me to learn a new language and watch those channels. How terrible is that.

I paid for services and now I’m being forced to continue the subscription with a different provider that is not of my choice and also who is not providing the same service. I m not being given the option to cancel and/or choose the service I want.

I was with yupp tv few years back and came to LYCA tv mainly for the movies app tentkotta that they provide. LYCA were the main competitor then and signed me up informing me of this app which is exclusive and not available in yupp tv.

But now the Same company that has been sold to yupp tv is praising glory of yupp tv just to cheat customers to migrate which is contradicting and misselling.

THINK IF U ARE ASKED TO MIGRATE.

Yupp flix doesn’t update movies as tentkotta.
They are making false promises to simply pass you to other side and no one will take responsibility.

These people have the most Disgusting customer service ever!!! We have been calling them for over a month, each time waiting on the phone for so long, sometimes over 45mins for someone to first of all pick up the phone!!, then to actually help solve our problem. Have been waiting for a full refund for 6 months now, which I was promised I will get within the next couple of weeks. After a couple of weeks, called them to ask when I will receive it and was always told to give them 24 hours or that it will be refunded the next day, but never got my money back. The customer care team members- have spoke to about 10 so far, all are totally useless. No one solves your problem, they say ‘call the next day’ (which seems so that someone else can deal with the issue) or ‘you will receive refund within 24 hours’ (never happened!)- Lyca TV have stolen our money! It seems they think their customers sit at home with no jobs- we have to make these phone calls on our way to work and when we are back from work, we wanted this TV initially as something to watch as a time pass/hobby- not for this to cause us more stress! WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE IN OUR LIVES!!!! Please do not get Lyca TV, you will definitely regret it.

Don't buy them, they told me i could get a refund if i don't like the service. They won't ever give your money back, or even help. The service is bad, the customer service is bad. They said management doesn't want to give back money. I hope they go bankrupt

an Online SCAM

Do not get Lyca TV- worst customer service ever. Customer care seem careless and not bothered to answer questions or solve queries. Also difficult to get someone to pick up your calls, I don’t understand if they just sit next to the phone and don’t pick up, as it seems they only have bad reviews, surely they cannot be SO busy to not Be able pick up a call even after waiting over 30mins.

Lyca - Scammers

Guys - Has any one ever got refund from lyca tv? I'm one of the victim. Paid 104$ for one year subscription and very next day i asked them to cancel my subscription. Its been almost 3 weeks since I raised a request to cancel my subscription but no update from them yet. Tried to reach them more than 100 times, but no response. Few times they picked up my call accidentally and dropped it while i was talking. They are real scammers. Can someone please guide me to file a complaint with FTC? Will they help us get the money from these scammers?
