As a person with the no-fault mental illness of manic depression/bipolar effective disorder – I’ve come to India to get a Hip Replacement because I could no longer stand the pain or remain on the public health list, back home in Ireland, any longer!

Knowing myself, as I do, knowing the ups and downs of this mood disorder, yesterday I went slightly off the rails, and I just want to say that Doctor Suneet came to my rescue, took control and got me back on track in the very short space of time.
Her care to customer detail is exceptional, and she is one of the kindest people I ever have had the pleasure of knowing!

I will start by appreciating Dr. Suneet because she was the first point of contact I had and her excellent customer service approach changed my initial plan of going to South Africa for my Surgery. She made me to have a look at Indian options and I eventually ended up at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi and I am not regretting that choice. I was properly taken care of. The Doctors and supporting staff are excellent people and rendered their services professionally.

I will not also forget my smooth arrival to Delhi which was facilitated Dr. Suneet, Dr. Surbhi and perfectly executed bu Manish. My movement from the airport to the hotel where I settled was properly arranged. Before then, an appointment was already scheduled for me to see Dr. Ashish by 1pm and a Taxi was arranged for me to attend the appointment. Upon arrival, I met Ali who facilitated our registration with the hospital and meeting Dr. Ashish. He also assisted us in taking all the recommended tests which facilitated our admission and surgery the next day of arrival.

These sets of people I mentioned operate from the background and their invaluable services may not be appreciated by the hospital authorities but I can testify to their professionalism and dedication to duty.

In all I am happy with the Apollo Hospital especially my Doctor, Dr Ashish for his professionalism and dedication to his work. I highly recommend him and the Apollo Hospital, New Delhi to anyone that needs Urological Services.

on behalf of Gladys Nyambe who died in New Delhi India, we were received well and we discovered she had cancer of the bone marrow from India, which her Drs in Zambia failed to detect.

Lyfboat were professional, friendly and so helpful. We used their services when we thought my husband needed a hip operation. Before we even got to India they arranged 3 quotations, a video consultation with the top surgeon, guided us through the visas and helped with accommodation.
On arrival in India, we were greeted at the airport and given SIM cards and taken straight to our hotel. Appointments with consultant and tests were already made for us. Jaspal accompanied us throughout the process in hospital, translating and arranging procedures.
When it was found an operation wasn’t needed, Dr Surbhi made sure we saw the best vascular surgeon at another hospital and diagnosis was so fast and efficient. The whole team worked smoothly to find answers and make a plan for the future. We could not rate Lyfboat higher. There was nothing in our opinion that could have been done any better.

My experience with lyfboat and their india coordinator Dr Suneet Singh has been great.
I am in Delhi for the past 3 weeks and am recovering from full hip replacement surgery which i had at Fortis Memorial hospital with Dr Shubhash Singh ( who I was given face time with before I decided to come to india to answer any operation queries ), who i would also highly recommend. I couldn't imagine coming here and dealing with such a stressful situation without lyfboat's help.
Everything has been catered for as expected and Dr Suneet's agents at the hospital ( who have also been available to contact with any queries ) have held my hand through all appointments.
It has been 2 weeks now post op. am healing very well and Dr Suneet is still and I feel will always be available for any questions i have and with a prompt reply!
The initial hotel i was recommended on the other hand was not nice so i would recommend finding your own but not far from the hospital. One thing to note is that you get a quote from lyfboat as to expected costs etc.. in india you pay as you go, you won't just pay one bill for everything. You will probably pay the high end of your quote or a lil more which i have but that would be depending on the difficulty of your medical situation.
All in all I am very happy with the attention I have received from Dr. Suneet and her team at lyfboat and would highly recommend their service.

It was a very hard time for us when my wife was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma in August 2023 in Bangladesh. While browsing the internet for the right hospital we landed on the Lyfboat query platform. And within a very short time after sending the query, we got the call from Dr Suneet Singh in WhatsApp. She reviewed the medical reports of my wife and assured me of the best treatment for my wife and immediately advised me to come to Fortis Memorial Research Institute Gurgaon Haryana India under the supervision of Dr Rahul Bhargava. Dr Rahul Bhargava is considered one of the best Hemato-Oncologist in India with a very successful track record and great popularity for his treatment among the patients. Based on that we decided right on to go there for the treatment of my wife. And then on we need not to worry about a single matter. Dr Suneet was always with us a guiding light and she maintained contact with us almost every day, taking update about my wife's conditions, encouraged us all the time, took the troubles for arranging all possible logistics issues like contacting with the Indian High Commission for Visa assistance, arranging us the medical visa invitation letter from Fortis Hospital, finding us the best accommodation near the hospital, arranging for a cabbie for daily travel to the hospital from the guest house, airport transfer, getting us indian Sim card and many more useful matters. We were really glad to meet her in person in our first day in hospital. My wife's treatment under Dr Rahul started on November and we are really satisfied and happy regarding the treatment plan doctor advised. Within two months, chemotherapy of my wife completed was successfully and report came as normal. We consider this as a divine intervention that we found Dr Suneet via Lyfboat platform on that day. We don't need to worry about a single matter as all are taken care by her. I never felt that I was contacting with a very good professional medical solution provider in Lyfboat rather one of my close family members like my elder cousin is inviting us to visit India for the treatment and taking care of our matters there as if we are the guest of her. We are totally satisfied and we wish best of luck to Dr Suneet to remain glowing as a guiding light to the many more individuals who are seeking the best treatment option in India. I have contacted this service on two separate occasions and each time, i receive correspondence stating they will seek out the best surgeon and then Nothing, no contact whatsoever. Any follow up emails are useless!

On looking at their review ratings, I have to wonder, ponder and query are we discussing the same organization?

I can’t enough describes my words to how to be thankful to ~Dr. Surbhi Suden. We waited 3 month to do surgery in Canada unfortunately because of the wait list there was no chance to do surgery. We decided to flee to india and meet Dr. Surbhi Suden. For all the time we were struggle to get any results in Canada but when mate Dr. Surbhi she solved it in one meeting. I had an excellent experience with her. She was very helpful with my husband surgery. When he were very nervous to do the surgery but she gave hime lots of good examples and lots positive thoughts. After a being diagnosed with kidney tumour in Calgary Canada, everyone knows lately our health care systems are messed up, I waited 3 months no calls no updates from my physician,surgery waiting time is between 6 to 18 months so I decided to go overseas luckily I came across this Lyfboat website I started talking with Dr.Surbhi who was able to guide me accordingly, she did suggest a few specialist and sent me all theirs information so I did my research after we met Dr. Gagan Gatum at Madenta hospital so I decided to go with him, everything went so well according to the plan, thank to Dr.Surbhi for an excellent customer service and I highly recommend Lyfboat it’s very safe website.

i arrived for my spinal surgery in max speciality hospital in new Delhi on 6th of December 2022,dr Wailia the surgeon took me through ever procedure clearly and efficiently. the nurses were first class even all the staff the treated me were extremely efficient, may i thank lyfboat for there detailed interest in my, just to sign off i am now 2 years pain free

I give Lyfboat its full flowers (5 stars) because I don't know what they could have done better.

I encountered the company when I was making inquiries on weightloss surgery on the internet and Dr Suneet literally slid into my chat in 2019. She responded to my enquires adequately but I was unsure of going to India. It seemed like going to the ends of the earth from Lagos, Nigeria. Not trying to imagine why there were so many Indians in Nigeria. It seemed further to me. I abandoned talks and pandemic helped.

In 2021, I reconnected with Dr Suneet for help, desperate now because my health had deterioted reasonably.

My journey should have terminated in Turkey but I knew I was not getting the best for me. Dr Suneet laid all my options bare and it was clear, MAX SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL, NEW DELHI was my best option. India was NOT far any more, I needed help!

Dr Surbhi was the ultimate angel getting me into India in January 2022. She took care of every detail, I was not apprehensive for one second! Good hotel and great deal on room rate, 15 mins away from Max, Good security, Great logistic team and they turned out to be like family looking out for me.

My experience at MAX was just as memorable, even more because the Lyfboat team were with me all the way. I have made trips alone to a new country but in India, for the first time, I was never truly lonely. If I had a need, Dr Surbhi was my plug and someone turned up at my door in minutes.

Surgery done and today, I am in a very healthy place and enjoying the new me. That would not be possible but for the Lord leading me to the Lyfboat team. I feel very connected to India in a different kind of way now, almost like another home, the wonderful people I met are like family. We have stayed in touch and still going strong almost 3 months since I left.

Before traveling to India I could not have been helped more than I was by Dr. Suneet. Once I arrived in India, I was given so much help by Mr. Sajid, all the way through the seven weeks until the end of my treatment. Without Mr. Sajid's help I do not know how I would have found my way through the bureaucracy that was MAX Specialty.
Dr. Anand, his staff of doctors and the technicians gave me a lot of confidence in the radiation therapy that I received. Also the very modern equipment, the Novalis Tx. This confidence was well-founded since my first check up two months after therapy finished showed my PSA count down at 0.031!!
I was in Delhi when the pandemic hit home, two weeks after my arrival. I never met Dr. Suneet due to the Holiday festival, followed by the COVID nightmare. But not once, not a single time, from the start of treatment until today, 4 months later, have I been asked about my treatment, my thoughts about the hospital, or anything else pertaining to my condition. I felt that I was very much like a used car customer.
Two weeks before my arrival the cost of treatment increased by 20%, although nobody informed me. Fortunately Mr. Sajid negotiated the final cost to a 10% increase.
In summary I have to say that I am glad I went to MAX Specialty hospital. To be truthful I could not afford any other facility anywhere else. But he treatment appears to have been extremely efficient and effective.
The only reasons I would recommend Lyfboat are the communications and information prior to arrival in India and the help received on a daily basis going through the hospital and its antiquated processes.
I highly recommend MAX Specialty for anyone who is comfortable navigating the bureaucracy.
In summary, Lyfboat helped me. For which I thank them. The treatment at the hospital was highly efficient and successful.
Would I use Lyfboat again? Not if I had enough money that would give me a choice.

My son was diagnosed with end stage renal failure in 2017. Doctors recommended Kidney transplant in 2018, India was the best option as the procedure was unavailable in my country Zambia. Since 2018, Doctor Suneet has been our contact person and gave us all the guidance and necessary information we required for us to finally make a decision to have the kidney transplant at Medicana Hospital Istanbul Turkey on recommendation from her, based on our circumstances and preferences.
Our stay in Istanbul was exceptional. The Hospital had world class standards, staff were professional and friendly, the service was top notch and we were very happy with the treatment given. Real value for the money we spent.
My son had a successful transplant and recovering well.
Even with covid-19, the hospital observed all necessary covid-19 protocols and we felt safe.
I would recommend Medicana Hospital and Lyfboat to any patient, any day due to the professional and humane manner they conduct their activities. They operate with a real desire to save lives; not for a mare pay. Keep it up!
