A collaborative, effective marketing partnership

Working with Afreen and the LYFE Marketing team has been a solid win for us at Tradez. They jumped in right away, listened to our goals and business needs, and transformed that into a social media strategy that fit within our existing brand guidelines while expanding us into fresh styles. Savannah Derrick making up fake reviews to retaliate

We had an unfortunate run-in with a LYFE Marketing Representative, Savanah Derrick, who was attempting to give our company a sales presentation. She was younger and very green, reading from a script. It was a waste of time listening to this untrained sales representative try to walk us through a scripted set of questions that I assume was intended to review their out-of-this-world services. About 10 minutes into this 30-minute appointment, I respectfully let her know that after 10 minutes, I still had no idea what her company does. She paused, and I could tell she had become irate. After the awkward pause, Savannah continued that I was rude and wanted to end the call. I was asking her if she had another representative who could work with us, and she hung up after yelling that she did not have time for my company or me. I had some choice words for this misguided young lady for sure, but I was going to let it go. I called the company back, and she kept answering. She laid into me, saying she didn't have time for my company or me. I had resigned myself to moving on, and then, 30 minutes later, we received two negative reviews back-to-back from made-up names we have no record of. Our company utilizes a virtual live assistant service, and these individuals are true professionals who have never been rude to anyone. Also, all calls are recorded, and their call IDs are logged. These two reviews were in retaliation for our interaction with Savannah Derrick of LYFE Marketing.
I reached out to the founder of LYFE marketing, Sean Standberry, and Savannah’s boss, Brandi Zatorski. Neither even attempted to get back with us on the matter. I started doing a bit more research, which I should have done first.

TrustPilot has LYFE Marketing in the mediocre range.

Yelp reviews speak volumes, and their score is very low

I have added my reviews based on their lack of correspondence back to us, and we are rooted in substance, whereas Savannah Derrick is retaliating for what she deemed rude.

5 stars for LYFE and team from a small business owner

I’ve been working with LYFE Marketing for several months, and each month the content creation, targeting, and overall activity has continued to improve. After taking the time to learn my specific business and communication style, the team can now take a general idea and turn it into strong content with clear, effective calls to action. Their structured approach and timelines have been extremely helpful in keeping me on track as a small business owner, while also providing clear visibility into our digital marketing progress. I highly recommend LYFE Marketing, Briana, and the entire team to any small business looking to attract more customers!

Great Customer Service & Advertising

If you are considering using Lyfe Marketing, I highly recommend thinking twice.

I hired them for a 3-month contract to run marketing for my SaaS platform, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

Here are the key issues I encountered:

They only completed about 3 weeks of actual work across the entire 3-month period. The majority of the “engagement” was spent in setup mode, with very little real marketing execution.

The assets they produced were extremely low quality—so much so that I couldn’t approve or use most of them. They did not match the standard required for my brand, despite clear examples and guidance from my side.

Performance was terrible:
Before hiring Lyfe Marketing, I was personally generating hundreds of free signups and a consistent number of paid users.
After switching to Lyfe, I received zero paid signups and saw a major decline in all metrics.

ROI was literally zero. Not “low” or “underwhelming”—zero. I paid for two months of service and got nothing usable in return.

Communication was inconsistent, and at times I had to follow up multiple times to get basic progress.

Because the quality of work was so poor and the output so minimal, I ultimately paused my card. I do not believe it is fair or ethical for them to charge for a final month when the contracted work was not performed.

This was one of the worst marketing investments I’ve ever made, and I’m sharing this review so other business owners don’t make the same mistake. I would not recommend Lyfe Marketing based on my experience.

Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience. Scammed out of 1200, no results, LESS THAN A MONTH OF COMMUNICATION IN TOTAL. TOOK UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS. Brandon was VERY DISRESPECTFUL, VERY DISMISSIVE, AND REFUSED TO GIVE CONTACT INFORMATION TO HIS UPPER HAND. LAW SUIT IN ACTION. TOTAL SCAM. STAY FAR FROM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD OWNED MONEY. I'M DISGUSTED. THOUGHT THEY COULD BE TRUSTED. NOPE. REFUSED ANY TYPE OF REFUND. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

No accountability
I pointed out that there was a breach of contract and I have yet to get any response. We were more than willing to negotiate a resolve but they take no accountability. We will be taking a legal approach.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

Extremely Disappointing Experience – No ROI After 5 Months

After 5 months with Lyfe Marketing, we saw absolutely no return on investment. Their team significantly overpromised and underdelivered on every aspect of the service.

Our plan included management of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with 2 images and 1 video per week,12 posts per month, ad management, and page monitoring. None of these produced any measurable results. Over the entire period, our account gained fewer than 60 followers— far from the significant growth they repeatedly promised.

Multiple representatives assured us that the first months would focus on organic growth before paid ads began, and that we’d see strong results early on. That never happened. Communication was also poor — calls only occurred when we reached out to request them.

Our recommendations and strategies (design ideas were not implemented.) Not to mention, they're idea of advertisements were terrible.

When questioned, Lyfe Marketing’s response was to hide behind their contract fulfillment, ignoring the fact that fulfillment means nothing without results. Their actions showed more interest in collecting payments than delivering value or genuine growth.

In my opinion, Lyfe Marketing misrepresented their capabilities and took advantage of our trust as a small business seeking expert guidance. The experience was unproductive, unprofessional, and a total waste of money.

I strongly advise other business owners to think twice before working with Lyfe Marketing. What they sell as a partnership in growth turned out to be nothing more than empty promises and minimal effort.
