I have used rental services from lyght living and I am extremely satisfied. First one gets a very good choice of furniture for various budget category.Second, the process of contracting and service that followed was great. In fact, they even replaced my faulty washing machine free of cost In a day's notice.

I have been renting the furniture for 4 years, with an additional 5th year to follow. My special thanks go to Ms. Romina Malandrino, ops. manager who has been extremely flexible and instrumental in accomodating my specific needs, also with regard to administrative aspect of my future contract.

Prompt Service, Helpful and Friendly Staff
I am very happy with Lyght Living since Day 1. Their staff has been very helpful and prompt so far, from pre-sales to delivery to servicing after delivery. Recently, I had a problem with my washing machine. After many email exchanges, Romina from Lyght Living was able to solve my problem. She was kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend Lyght Living to anyone!

My experience with Lyght Living was overall quite positive. There was a moment when I thought the entire plan might fall apart, but it all came together in the end. Their team reached out to me directly, addressing all of my concerns with utmost professionalism. I was genuinely impressed by their conduct.
The furniture itself is fantastic, and the delivery team deserves a special mention for their patience and efficiency. However, there's room for improvement in their accounting department. I suggest they expedite the process of sending out invoices. When one is traveling, stress levels can skyrocket, and delays in such essential aspects can be quite frustrating and can escalate tensions unnecessarily. Thankfully, even this issue was eventually resolved in a calm and effective manner.
Overall, despite the minor hiccup, I would still recommend Lyght Living. Their professional approach and quality of service, particularly in addressing issues, make them a reliable choice for furniture rental needs. Really can not put a price on convenience and comfort. Thanks Lyght Living for making it easy.

Rental Contract
Though I'm bound by the contract I made to Lyght Living, there should be a little flexibility on terminating on the contract early. Because of this, I'm force to pay 2 months (Nov & Dec) when the rental items was collected on 1st of Nov 2023
If a customer give enough notice, then the contract can be terminated. I have given sightly more than a month notice (late Sep 2023).
When I signed the contract, there was no option of 2 years 8 months so I opted for 3 years.

Clear, easy, and fast for a good price
The website was clear and easy to use with a lot of relevant offerings. The order process went smoothly, with very helpful people revising the quote again and again. The delivery and assembly process were very fast and flawless. All that for a good price.
Overall, we would definitely go for Lyght Living again.
