Server has constantly issues like the panel is down, or sometimes can't even just start a server.

Although the support is descent.

Also why are non-owners tickets getting rejected, i made a ticket yesterday about the server not starting because we need the server up, so i made a ticket and about 20mins later Micheal K from support team just rejected my ticket saying: Please get owner of the server to contact us.

bought my server 2 days ago, havnt been able to do anything - no files I can access and I can't join my server or even get it running. wouldn't recommend, tickets are pretty fast on the discord but they aren't really that helpful they just say "developers are working on it"

forgot to change hosting location on purchase and they fix it very fast

Amazing hosting & Good customer services. All I got to say.

They have fixed everything that ended up glitching pretty dang fast this company cares about its customers!

When hosting a session with this host, the price is great! Only $10.95 a month for 18 slots! That's great, HOWEVER, there are many problems. Rocket plugins are out of date, and this is in large sums. only some of these plugins still work. The support team takes upwards of 24 hours to respond, and this is even to a High-Priority ticket. The hosting has many options for places to host, and yet no matter which selection you choose, there seems to be the problem of connecting. usually you cannot connect to the server. I've had this problem all day for 2 days straight now. I'm currently still waiting for my support ticket to fix this to be responded to. Definitely don't recommend this if your not extremely patient, and if your not willing to wait a long time to be able to set even the most simple of things up for your server.

Recycling accounts with personal information. I received someone's account under the name of Carter. Someone from Canada who must not have paid. Well his account is mine now - would love to get my money back and let Carter know that his personal phone number, full name, and address are being exposed by careless support staff for Lyhme.

It was really easy to setup once I asked Alexr03 on the discord. He was really easy to follow and spent a lot of his day helping me! I really liked it. I will 100% use them again!

If there was a 3.5 out of 5 I would rate it that. Now at first I was confused with accessing the control panel. I feel in the emails it should say when you get access to the control panel. I know it is a simple mistake. but I would prefer if it was stated. Another problem is the tutorial. As one Redit user stated in a post about how to use the control panel, "That's the reason I dislike LYHME's service. There is literally no starter guide or a working help desk." However another user stated, "I don't know why people say the support is bad but it really isn't. Uncle Lyhme himself added me on discord and even joined my server to help me." I agree with the fact that this service does not provide a tutorial on using it. Making a tutorial would make the experience more user friendly since there aren't any current toturials on using it. I think there should be a toturial on how to use this service. If it is more user friendly it would be a way better service and I would rate it a 4. P.S. I have not used the discord to help with adding stuff to my server but I may edit this once I see the experience of using the discord server.

tbh at the beginning it was so confusing, but once they emailed me and i joined the discord everything was perfect

Lyhme is my first Host but so far the experience has been wonderful the server was active right away discord staff are more then helpful when you have issues.. very highly recommended..

Lyhme server hosting is a great hosting service. I own an Unturned server and it has been running great for a while now. I would, however, have a lag spike when the server has 8+ people in it all in the same area but other than that it is a quality server. I would recommend this hosting service for the unturned servers it provides as they are the only servers I use from them but I am sure they have great servers for other applications as well. lastly, I would like to add that the customer service is on point. I have needed help a couple of times and even made some dumb mistakes basically breaking my server but there was always someone willing to help and was patient with me the entire time through.
