Waiting on a refund, but I have just been charged again! Appalling that I have been waiting so long to be refunded and Lyma have shown such incompetence to charge my card again!!!!
I recently had an issue with the battery/charge part in my laser and reached out to concierge, specifically Jennifer who was exceptional. She checked in with me even in the waiting period and really made sure each issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I contacted Lyma as I needed some advice on the use of my Lyma Pro around the eye area and eyelid. The customer service was excellent. The friendly email described exactly what I needed to do and how many minutes would be required for the best effect.
I am very pleased with the LYMA products and they have fantastic customer service. I had received emails about the delivery timeframe & unfortunately my products were delivered to my house, and the box was empty. I reached out & KAT responded quickly and after explaining to her what happened and sending her photos, she was kind enough to send me a replacement of the lost products.

I purchased Lyma Laser nearly a year ago because I have lots of spider veins on my face from Rosacea and it states that it can get rid of these. I am very disappointed to report that it hasn’t done anything for my spider veins, I actually feel like it has created more. I had a consultation about this with Lyma and she told me to use it for longer on each area, when I did I ended up with spots. I feel my skin now looks worse than when I started, I now have dimpled skin on one side of my face which wasn’t visible before. I definitely don’t think it’s worth the money and I’m not sure it has actually done anything for my skin except made it look worse.

By far, hands down, the BEST customer care ever! I felt heard and my concern with how I’m using my laser was addressed. Lyma customer service is outstanding! Whenever I contact them, the response time is always prompt and helpful. Recently, I heard a rattling noise in my laser. I owned and regularly used it for nearly two years. Within one week after contacting them via email and sending in the laser for inspection, I had a brand new laser. I was very pleased with what I'd thought was an exceptionally fast response time. Frankly, I cannot say enough about how great this company is and how amazing the results from this laser have been for me. The device is well worth the cost and the fact that they treat their customers very well has only served to solidify my business relationship with them. I am a very happy customer indeed.

Lyma finally sent a return label for the laser sent me a message 3 days later saying they had tried 3 batteries in the laser and it still doesn’t work so sending it back I received it back yesterday. What a joke as if I hadn’t the sense to try a different battery. So beware if you don’t purchase the laser from them there is no guarantee even though they state 2 years worldwide guarantee this laser only worked less than 8 months it’s a mighty expensive products at £2000 I presume they know when they are sold so should stand by their product. It looks like if it doesn’t work there is no where for it to be repaired if indeed they can be repaired I doubt it. So pleased be aware

My device didn’t work when I first received it. It has functioned very little and only intermittently. When I requested to return it because I was not satisfied, I was told that it could only be returned if it had never been opened and the box was still sealed. Because of this, I was unable to return it, but I also cannot use it. Essentially, the only way to know if it works was by using it at least once, but now I’m stuck with a device that doesn’t meet expectations. My complaint is that, for the price, the return policy is absolutely unreasonable. Additionally, studies show that it’s not as effective for the skin as advertised, and I regret purchasing it

I had a question about my device and have rarely experienced customer service at this level. Every step of the way they were fast and friendly and super knowledgeable. I needed to send my device in for inspection and the turnaround time was unbelievably fast. I cannot recommend Lyma highly enough and can't wait to try the supplements and skincare! Everything about this company is top notch, A Class!
