I was hoping this laser would reduce the wrinkles at the corners of my mouth and lighten some sun spots on my face. From Feb. 1, 2024 to December I spent 45 minutes every day and after that 20 minutes each day. No results! The spots are still there and so are the wrinkles. If you have no skin issues and want to spend a lot of money for a “glow “ then maybe it would be fine.

My laser PRO stopped working 6 days ago, it won't charge. It's only about 4 months old and at £5000 represents a significant outlay for me. Despite 2 emails to the Concierge, nobody has responded to me to tell me the next steps. This is disgraceful customer service. Normally the Concierge is quick to respond when I've had minor queries. But now there's a serious issue the clearly couldn't care less

I am using the Lyma Laser since years and I would not recommend to buy it for this high price! The results are poor and the customer service does not care at all!
I received a blue light laser, I ordered redlight laser. Noone cares!!!!

Amazing product, skin is glowing and tighter with compliments, although 25 so loose skin and wrinkles aren’t a huge issue but also even skin, great customer service from Kat! I lost my pads and she was super quick and helpful to respond :)

So I left this same review on their website and it hasn’t been published firstly ?? I ordered the Lyma blue laser from them but it wasn’t despatched for a week . I chased them several times and eventually was told they were sold out but that I could have the red laser instead which I accepted (I believe the technology is the same ). For this reason I have added an extra star . I got an email after ordering saying I was enrolled in their membership power circle but when I logged in it was inactive . I contacted them and they said I needed to make another purchase! The laser is already a high value purchase after all !! I then checked my terms and conditions and sent an email with a copy of these and it showed I would have “full membership “ based on the initial purchase . I haven’t had a response at all after a week . The Concierge customer service is very poor in that regard . Yesterday I had an issue with splitit which Lyma promote whereby my credit card was charged in full whereas I was meant to pay in instalments. As this was an expensive purchase I wanted to spread the cost which seemed straightforward but there is a catch . They preauthorise your card which is fine but then they redo it (before the old preauthorisation is lifted.. so in fact it is doubled) .In my case this second preauthorisation put me over my credit limit so they automatically lifted the full amount (I did find an email eventually in my junk folder dated 1st Jan (ie New Year’s Day) to say this was happening but no phone message nor any other communication. Splitit advised me to contact Lyma to sort but I decided there was no point due to the slowness of their Concierge replies and my card has already been charged (which begs the question how the charge went through if there was insufficient credit limit.. it was clearly being double approved !) For such a high end purchase the Customer service is very disappointing.

I am amazed how Lyma treated my problem wich occured with battery. Sincerely it is rare nowdays to find this kind of preofessionalisam. I recived a completley new Laser with skincare. Thank you again, anyone having any kind of doubts about the eficcacy of product. I confess that after years of struggle with acne scars finaly my skin has improved. And it is worth every penny. And how express my problem resolved deserves compliments. Everything top level.
Great premium product that needs long term regular use for noticeable wide benefits. Very easy to use. Outstanding customer care. Pricey but a good investment if you’re serious about your skin.
I had an issue with my Lyma laser and the online concierge quickly responded; however, it went to my Spam folder and I didn't see it. I wrote the online concierge a second time and another quick response asking for a video, which I sent. Immediately I received a digital DHL label to send the laser in for assessment. A few days later I was sent a new laser. I received email communications regarding the assessment results and status.
The Lyma tablets have made a real difference to my skin. I suffer from very dry skin on my face due to the menopause. I have tried numerous skin care regimes but nothing has worked. But the Lyma tablets have! I also feel calmer and less stressed as a busy working mum. Thank you Lyma!

Recently bought lyma pro for my wife, I’m not amazing on computers or buying things online so contacted lyma who called me and walked me through steps of how to purchase, the lady Narmisha was amazing and so helpful, I couldn’t of had an easier purchase! I’d like to personally give her 10/10 for her customer service! My wife is over the moon with the product although I have no idea about it! 🤣 but happy wife happy life! So lyma is superb!

First; I simply cannot state enough how life changing the Lyma Lasers are. (Thanks to my husband and son I have been given both as the best Mother’s Day presents). They take time to use and you have to be consistent, but jeeez can you see the change. And feel it. When your teenage son - UNPROMPTED- say that you look glowy and like ‘danish marcipan’ you know Lyma is magical. My husband burnt his hand badly and when the pain had gone he used the pro for a long periode and he didn’t get a scar or even a red mark. So now we all fight over the Lymas (they are also like an eraser for the teenage boy’s occasional pimple).
Secondly; I had a technical problem and contacted the concierge. Jennifer was as amazing as the Lyma Lasers. She was not only helpful but went above and beyond. How I wish more companies would realize that even the very best product might need ‘help’ and your product and company is only as strong and as valued as your customer service. For that alone, Lyma gets 5 stars plus. And did I mention those magical lasers?

The website will not allow for account changes, either when using a phone or laptop computer. Concierge service only returned a preprogrammed response to email inquiry, stating the account could be edited using the subscription tab. I had already tried this several times and two days later, same issue.

Tried to buy the Lyma facial lzer 2 weeks ago through the splitit app, that didnt work and they took the whole payment, spoke to Lyma and they said they have no order on file and after waiting for 7 business days my money still hadnt been returned to my account, spoke to Halifax and they reversed the transaction. Tried a second time with the splitit app sane thing happened. Lyma is refusing to respond to my email and the bank is refusing to help as well. So now Lyma is £1656.00 richer out of my money.
Placed an order, and despite LYMA's website assurances that they handle customs clearance/duty/taxes, package sat at the border for over a week, waiting for LYMA staff to give FedEx permission for their designated broker to clear it. FedEx was excellent and very helpful, told me exactly what needed to happen, which takes a phone call and less than 5 minutes. LYMA was notified numerous times with all of the relevant information and literally did nothing, telling me that I would have to wait several weeks because of changes in customs clearance regulations. This was entirely untrue, and verified by FedEx (who did not even have contact details for LYMA, which I supplied). When I asked for a refund and to cancel the order (since they would not guarantee delivery), LYMA said they had recalled the package and they would refund me when it was back in their hands. FedEx verified that no recall was on the file, and told me that I could directly refuse delivery and cancel through them, at which time LYMA was legally required to refund me. LYMA only refunded me when I notified them that the FedEx case was open. Buyer beware. The was the worst customer experience I have ever had, and it is even more appalling when it is for a luxury item. LYMA literally did nothing to resolve this situation even when the solutions (which were very easy) were put in front of them. No reparations of any kind were offered, and their repeated choice not to act demonstrates that they had no interest or intention of fulfilling my laser order. I have everything regarding this order fully documented in writing.

I cannot understate how much this has improved my skin and how much my confidence has grown as a result.
I was reticent about buying from some of the reviews, but decided to take the plunge as I have been searching for something to have an impact for a number of years.
I’ve been using it for around 4 months now, an incorporating this daily while winding down has improved areas that I had thought might never get better.
I am happy I didn’t hesitate in the end, and would encourage anyone else who is to go for it. It’s an investment, but one that with regular use you really wont regret.
