I ordered a bottle, not realizing that by default it was a subscription. I NEVER intend to subscribe to something that I don't know how I react to it, because of many allergies and intolerances.
Exactly 30 days after the first order, surprise, surprise! Without warning I got an email about a second shipment. I had not even started the first bottle, due to having been sick and temporarily discontinuing all non-prescribed medications/supplements.
I immediately (same day, within hours of the shipment email) contacted them, asking them to stop the shipment and refunding my money.
They did cancel my subscription after a few emails, but Many, Many emails later, back and forth, I give up, I lost my money (almost $80, I think) for nothing...
THEN I click on the tracking today, and find out that the product is shipped from CHINA. Their ad somehow made me believe it was a US product, mentioning Third Party Tested and Clean Facilities... Should have done research first.
P.S. the first shipment came from the US. I really thought it was a legit US product not junk from China.

After 12 plus emails from me and this review, Lymphoria issued me a courtesy refund for the second shipment.

The drops are ineffective and the company is non responsive. Beware of getting a subscription because it is incredibly hard to cancel. They will email you asking why you want to cancel and won't cancel until they receive a response that passed their "review ". That 30 day money back guarantee? That's not happening. They will continue to send ineffective product and charge you while your cancellation request is "under review". This is a scammy money grab so beware!
Edit: The company replied that cancellation isn't "dependencia upon review" but I have emails from two of their customer service reps that contradict this claim.

I would not even give them a 1 star honestly. Horrible company that you can not get out of a subscription, you did not even know you had. Horrible customer service and selling a product that does not work is a shame. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Subscription NOT clear at checkout whatsoever is the first issue. Now I’ve been going back and forth with them to cancel for a WEEK. Canceling should happen upon the first time a customer makes the request. IMMEDIATELY simple as that. I will never buy again from them due to this experience alone.
PEOPLE BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I didn’t get an order email but did get the product and was happy to pay what I did not agree to was any subscription.
Thankfully I paid by credit card and they have reimbursed me however if like confirmation I won’t be charged again in June.

I have been very happy with the product. I’m a very active person in my mid 40s and I have had no experience with herbal supplements and I do not take hormone replacement therapies and I eat a very anti-inflammatory diet yet I still suffer with swelling in my legs and I have found the lymphatic drainage product to help tremendously. I have paused my subscription successfully and the customer service representatives were very good over email and answered very quickly I have a natural path that I’ve been seeing that 110% approves of this product and what the herbs in lymphatic drainage from Lymphoria will do. I wish I had known about this product sooner. There is very little taste to the drops and I just take it in lukewarm water every morning and night.

Solution:
If you use PC, navigate to 'contact' in the burger menu, there is a human shaped icon at the top right, key in your associated email you used with your order to access your order page, there should be a "manage subscription" button in green above the order page, it is cleverly hidden so you may have to scroll up to see it as the page may auto scroll to view only your orders.
Click cancel that way, and cancel your card and apply for a new one because customer service will NOT DO ANYTHING TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
For Mobile : They have intentionally created a landing page where you scratch or a discount with no X button to exit this landing page. When you scratch and click "claim discount" you are automatically redirected to purchase page. Here's where it gets tricky: You may or may not see a burger menu (a button with 3 lines typically) If you do, click on it to open up that menu and there should be a human shaped icon at the bottom of that menu for you to do the same steps as per PC. It is harder to locate this on phone and you may need to return to the homepage first which is then likely to be interrupted with the landing page for you to scratch and claim discount and the cycle continues.
Lymphoria.co is crap with many of us having fallen victim to their marketing ads and reviews they added on their website.
You can't even leave your review because they know their review page will be bombarded with bad reviews within hours if they allowed that.
Product caused breakouts and is not FDA approved, it does not seem to do what it claims and I'm not the only who experienced this. Who actually knows what are in them? They have claimed that their product is made in GMP- certified facilities but here are what GMP- certified does not promise

-the ingredients are healthy

Fair, I will redact allegations that I made without stating as allegations but the rest seems to be true and fair.
Lymphoria continously claims about how transparent they are, yet just look at the number of negative reviews left here regarding their transparency and clarity. Their so-called transparency and clarity on customer portal services, terms of subscription is not backed up by customers reviews now are they? If yes, then why so many victims?
And why is it so hard to get out of their 'subscriptions' with Lymphoria?
Honest findings:
Many have reported that the CS, promises to update on cancellation but that takes more than a few weeks where by then, 1-2 charges would have been made to their acc. Some even made inappropriately within just a few weeks instead of 'monthly'
Some even reported they emailed more than 10 times to get out of the subscription and the CS continues to delay cancellation by providing options of pausing a subscription and so on which does not help until multiple charges are continuously made before they actually help cancel the subscription.
Might I add, even the parcels do not have sender's details or any return address on them as many have reported. Why?

The product is a scam and does not work and right when you think they’ve only beat you for $ 90,00 they go back into your account without authorization and steals another 150.00 dollars. There is no way to directly contact these people and no one will email you wick. Taking the product for 2 weeks because it took a month to get it and they are already stealing more money from my account. The claims they make are not backed and the results are minimal at best after 2 weeks of taking the product. I want a full refund inclung the additional 150.00 they stole from my account after my purchase of the snake oil.

My order came shattered and leaking everywhere! Then, I received another shipment a month later to my surprise, they signed me up for a subscription without even being able to try the product. I contacted them multiple times to try and cancel! Every time they said it was cancelled a new shipment was sent and I was charged. After months of absolute horrible customer service, I’m still trying to cancel this! Horrible company!!!

Not sure what to say other than I didn't receive the product for about 3 and 1/2 Weeks, then the company automatically sends you another bottle or two at the fourth week even before you get a chance to try the product. Had to argue with them and they would not refund my money because they stated that the order shipped even though it was unauthorized. Easiest way to deal with this company is not to deal with them, and if you're already getting product and you didn't order it from your bank or your credit card and report it as fraud, an unauthorized transaction. Not sure this product entirely works I'm now on my second month and not really noticing any changes. I've been taking it faithfully and accurately so buyer beware

I had decided to cancel my subscription prior to being charged for the next shipment, the person I was dealing with took over a week to finally cancel my subscription after repeatedly asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel and I repeatedly told them that yes I 100% wanted to cancel. During this long drawn out process I was charged for the next order and they won’t refund me even though it was their fault and I had given them plenty of time prior to that charge to cancel as I had asked. It’s like they kept dragging their feet to get another charge out of me. Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service. I will NEVER purchase from them again and I certainly will NEVER recommend this company to anyone! STAY CLEAR AND BUYER BEWARE.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! I have been round and round with customer service, with no resolve. I received my first order, and evidently was locked into a "subscription" model that has been impossible to get out of. The second month bottle was charged and sent out of nowhere. OVER a month after the first bottle (so LYMPHORIA, how could this be a "subscription"????), then a week or so later...here came bottle number 3. Two bottles arriving just a week or so apart. They are STILL in the mailed packaging. I have repeatedly asked for a refund AND cancellation in which I was assured that it was cancelled. NOPE...here came charge #4 this week. This needs to be resolved ASAP, or further actions will be necessary. I keep getting the same generic replies from CS; YET...it is NOT handled. I need a FULL refund on all of these bottles. The product did not work for me, and the taste is as awful as the customer service. Do better!
